12. Consumed

As I closed the door, I could feel his need for me.  I felt it too, hell I could feel it through the door which is why I opened it.  Power oozed from his pores calling to the power I could feel deep inside me, but it was more than that.  I felt a need to touch every inch of him, and have him touch me in return.  We stood staring at each other.  Now that I've got this other me in my head, I see things much clearer. 

My father was always telling me not to be afraid of my gift of sight, he said I was blessed by the Gods.  I’ve always known the best time to plant crops.  Which fields needed rotation and when our borders needed protecting.  But now, it's as if my gifts have been amplified.  Along with other gifts I didn't even know I had.
