So there they were; one strong male, one weak, insanely alluring Lolita; alone in the wild. At night. The male stood, having an obvious hard on and the Lolita laid on the floor; her fine butt jutting out as she shivered in fear and quietly pleaded in her sexy voice. That was the exact image her big brother saw."WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY BABY SISTER?" A masculine voice yelled.Wilson turned his head in that direction. He turned too slowly though. One step, two steps. Speed begat strength.*BANG*The newly arrived struck with his foot. Wilson instinctively rolled backwards and narrowly avoided a kick that could have otherwise cracked his neck. Because of a reason known scientifically as inertia, the new guy; who just so happened to be the little girl's big brother, struck a tree which shook violently and dropped lots of leaves and even a few baby squirrels."Big brother?" The little girl raised her head. The big brother looked at her raised face and saw t
Wilson and the big brother spent the consequent three hours, killing, skinning, cutting up and cooking the gigantic flesh of the squirrel over a spitfire. The big brother who had introduced himself as Dash - much to the trepidation of Wilson - was very good at it. It was obvious he had experience."I used to go on small-scale hunting trips with my dad." He had explained. They sat together, turning frequently to look around them, expecting the fire and rising smell of salivary meat to attract some carnivore or another, but none came. Maybe the gigantic beasts were terrors to the other beasts in the forest and now, because they made them run, the beasts saw them as terrors of terrors. Or perhaps, there was already something lurking and waiting for the perfect opportunity. Whichever way, it was still thankfully quiet. That was until Wilson broke the silence."So, about your sister..." Wilson began."Don't even think about it. She's only ten." Dash interrupted."
*Bang* *Bang* *Bang*Sounds of gunshots rang out, echoing through the forest. Perhaps to some people who might have heard it; someone was hunting a beast. But to the shooter, he was hunting a young maturing, good-looking human being. There was a difference! The first bullet hit Wilson in the arm and that was only because he had, with a stroke of luck, stretched it while he yawned. It ended up standing in the way of his head and the bullet."Ah!" He yelled and fell sideways. The second bullet whizzed past his head as he fell. He turned his head and the third bullet missed by a narrow margin as he hit the ground. Wilson rolled to his left, ignoring the stinging pain to his left arm. He passed by the fire, took a log of burning wood and instantly roles to his feet, making a zigzag line for the trees that he thought would hide him from the light from the fire. As he ran, he placed the hot, still burning log on his bleeding bullet wound, totally ignoring the fact that the bul
Wilson ran to the other side another tree as quickly as he could. He had identified the tree the sniper was on and using the dark shadows of the trees, he ran towards the tree, weaving his way in a roundabout manner; using the trees in his surroundings as cover. He temporarily stopped and squatted behind two close trees. He tried to use the little space in between to peep at the direction the sniper shot at. The tree he thought the sniper was on wasn't the one.The issue was the sniper was keeping his eyes on him and never once blinked. As soon as he saw Wilson move, he pulled the trigger.*Bang*It hit the tree, very close to Wilson's head. Wilson quickly took a step back and that quick thinking of his was what saved him from the second shot.*Bang*The sniper cocked his gun again, eyes never leaving Wilson's position. Another bullet.*Bang*'Not safe enough!' Wilson concluded and dashed out of his cover at full speed, his body as low to the ground as he
Wilson noticed that the sniper had stopped shooting everything like a fool but he did not stop. He used one hand to dig up more and more plants and sand and randomly threw it up in the air. Then, without any warning, depending solely on his amateurish battle instincts and the experience he had gained from escaping death time and time again, he dashed out of hiding and made a beeline towards a tree that he believed; blocked the sniper's line of sight. He got there and his behind the tree but the sniper had noticed him. He just chose to save his bullet until he was sure to get a clean shot. 'He did not notice me. That's good! He is losing focus. Of course, such things have to be exhausting.' Wilson spoke to himself, not daring to say it out and merely thinking it in his head. Unbeknownst to him, he was only half-right.While the sniper was exhausted, he also had quite the experience and had long trained himself to maintain his focus regardless of his level of fatigue.
Dash, of course, still didn't trust Wilson. He just believed that he had a good grasp of Wilson's strength, speed and skill level, as well as character and had faith in his own ability to pick up the signs and if, perchance, Wilson began to have any stupid ideas, he would easily get rid of the threat.Inside of the tent; it was a spacious, well lit room with four beds at the four corners of the room and a huge fridge that stood in the center of the room. It was much bigger and way more beautiful than the room at the hotel Wilson had slept in and he could not help but wonder how in the world all that could fit into the small tent he saw outside. It was insane."Sleep over there!" Dash said, pointing Wilson to the farthest bed from the one which his sister slept in. "And keep your mouth shut!" He ordered.Wilson glared at him; eyes blazing; his words of rebuke at the tip of his tongue but eventually, he changed his mind. Dash had helped him quite a bit today. He should just tolerate an
"What's your plan?" Wilson asked, standing beside Dash, with Sofia peeping from behind them. She was shivering from fear but stood upright; bold and strong. Wilson was impressed. It wasn't easy to not lose one's calm in the face of danger."Well, first of all, we need to hide Sofia. We can't have them finding her." Dash began."True!" Wilson agreed."I already set up some trip and landmines on our way here. That should delay them and buy us some extra time to set the other traps up.""Nice!" Wilson nodded. Now was not the time to be stingy with his praise. Dash ignored and continued:"On our way, here, I noticed that some trees were hollow inside. This tree is one of them."He was referring to the tree they had stopped at. Wilson knocked on it and confirmed it sounded hollow."Oh! I did not notice." He said. Normally, it would have been a good avenue for Dash to insult him, but just not now. The situation was too serious for that."Yes! It surprised m
Wilson took a good look at Dash and took two hurried steps away from him."What's with the look?" Dash asked."Uh?""And why did you move like that?""I don't understand what you're saying." Wilson played the ignorance card, shaking his head but looking away in guilt.Dash opened his mouth to say something but decided against it."Look over there! That red dot." He said instead, pointing at a red dot that was moving slower than the others."What's wrong with it?" Wilson asked."That's our first target." Dash said. "Oh? Okay!" Wilson said with a nod of his head. "But how am I supposed to get there?" He asked looking around. "Is there another secret passage or something?"Dash nodded. He did not take his eyes off the screens, constantly keeping track of all the still-alive bounty hunters - all thirty-one of them. He took a small earpiece from his spatial bracelet and handed it to Wilson."Wear this!" He said. "So that I will be able to communicate with you.""Okay." Wilson responded a
Colt woke up and sat up."What.... I'm awake, ain't I?" He asked himself. He was sure he was awake. Were his eyes still closed? Or why was everywhere still black? He tried to open his eyes for several minutes. "My eyes!" He jumped to his feet. Or at least tried. As soon as he moved , he hit his head hard against something. He raised his hand to touch. It felt like concrete."Div? Platoon! China? Hey! What the f*ck are you trying to pull?" He yelled. His voice echoed back to him. He touched his eyes. They were open. Why was everywhere still dark?He panicked."Hello! Anyone? Where am I? Dad? China, I bet that is you. Come on, we can talk about this. The bomb thing was just a joke. I wouldn't actually try to blow up my friend." He tried to persuade. He crawled forward as he spoke."Chan!" He changed tactics and yelled. "I'm talking to you. Answer me. Chan! Chan!"**************Wilson woke up, feeling groggy. Like most other times, it took him some ti
Wilson weaved through the thin blades of ice, like a veteran surfer through the water waves. He stretched his hand like before to grab the furious twin by the head just like he did with his brother. He had developed a liking for grabbing his opponents by the face. His fingers were only centimeters away from securing a firm grip when suddenly he felt a change in the air pressure, or was it temperature, behind him. It was hard to explain if he tried. All he knew was someone was now there. He abruptly pulled his hand back, ducked his head and awkwardly rolled to the side as quickly as he could, barely escaping a fatal knife stab to his jugular."Tsk!" It was Colt who clicked his tongue and retreated. He left Wilson and went straight for Fawn who was by now, utterly exhausted from fighting two people at once. She was bleeding from her arms and thighs and various other cuts to her torso. Her clothes were in tatters. Wilson glanced at Dash and was surprised to see him holding out bett
"Sh*t! Zek is dead!" A voice spoke from within the smoke. It sounded muffled as if something was blocking the free passage of sound."F*ck! They discovered us. Rush in and kill them. The girl is mine." A female voice ordered from within the smoke. The third sentence made Fawn chuckle. That was Diva alright.Few seconds later, the swirling smoke of poison rippled."F*ck! Wind dude already joined them.""Just jump through, you idiot." The lady ordered again.Wilson did not wait for them to approach though. The team was still outnumbered, so in a bid to try and even the playing field before it could devolve into total chaos, he stepped forward and grabbed an idiot and forcefully pulled him in before the victim could react. Jim instantly three wind blades at him while Dash dashed towards him and stabbed him as quickly and in as many vital points as possible. The victim was dead before he could even make an impact."Minus two!" Wilson called out."Remainder se
China yelled in frustration as he once again ran straight towards Jim. He had tried to send his near invisible poison towards Jim and the team over and over again but this dastardly Jim, who looked like a mock version of a businessman and never stopped talking, somehow managed to stop the spread of the poison. And what's more, he could not catch up to him either because he was way too fast for him, constantly waiting for him to close half the distance between them before boosting himself with his wind ability and running to the farthest corner again. As China neared Jim once more, Jim leaned slightly forward. His suit jacket fluttered a little. A sure sign of him harnessing his ability once again.China felt the slight sting at the back of his neck increase till his head started buzzing. A warning sign from Colt. As soon as he saw Jim blur out of sight, he immediately sprayed out his poison out of every pore of his body. A thick cloud of smoke instantly filled a meter radius
Noise abound at the Boneyard Arena in Bones Street in Tiger City, as the crowd of spectators cheered. Several teams had already duelled it out since morning and it was not only at this arena but in every other properly accounted for arena in Bones Street, Brawl Street, the seven Major Streets and even Horr's underground wrestling platforms.Never before had the officials of Tiger City paid attention to the wrestling competitions but now that they were planning to join in, they were more than willing to make their first intra city competition as memorable as possible. The competition hadn't even started properly, as that will only begin after the top 64 had been selected and broadcasted to the entire city. Even then, the preliminaries was already bumbling. Every body - individuals, gangs, organisations and even military schools - who dreamt of fame, recognition, money or just wanted to improve their skills, gathered a team of five at minimum and registered to take part in it. Qua
"Wilson! Wilson! Wilson, can you hear me?" Danny called. Wilson turned his head to look at him.Everyone thought he had a good reason for pulling attention towards him. They should have known better."You stink! Can you tone it down?"Dash and Gene Chang immediately scurried away from his side. This idiot seemed to like playing with death. It was best to stay away to avoid collateral damage. But Wilson did not attack. Instead, thin red smoke-like fumes, that Charlie, the instructor and Gene Chang had noticed emanating from him, reduced."Wilson." Charlie called. "Can you control it? You simply have to continue your thought process but slowly push it towards the direction you want it to go."Wilson nodded. For about a minute, nothing happened. Dash opened his mouth and spoke in a whisper, not wanting to break Wilson's thought process."He's taking longer than expected.""Yeah! It's not unexpected. High quality means high requirements." The instructor said.
Wilson was short of words for a long time after his mother completed the story. He quietly hugged her. Everything she had done, no matter how selfish, she had done to protect him and cure him from the curse."Thank you mom. You are the best mom I could ever ask for."Silvia smiled and sniffled. Charlie glanced at them from his lying position on the grass and sighed. They were still not done. Come on. They were only separated for about a year or so. What was there to catch up on for so long.'They are hugging again.' He grumbled under his breath. 'I should download some offline games in case of another time. Uh! I'm so bored. Finish up, man.'He dared not say it out loud though. He was not stupid. A woman who had access to spatial magi-tech and could exonerate his father's name from the long list of deceased traitors was definitely not simple. She even had connections in Tiger City itself. He wasn't stupid enough to test her patience after a long awaited reunion
Before Wolfe died, he had an illicit affair with his childhood sweetheart, Charlotte. While Wolfe was legally married and in love, it was all for the public's eyes. After all, he was a public figure and he cared a lot about how people viewed him. Maybe a little too much. If he hadn't, he probably would have married Charlotte instead.Charlotte was heavily pregnant when Wolfe jumped into the those outer worlders' ship. The knowledge made Wolfe's real wife, Monica feel betrayed. The invasion and resistance continued for a while and after some time, Monica and Charlotte met in a makeshift underground bunker while escaping for their lives. They got into a stupid fight with each other and insulted and cursed at each other. But Monica was quickly overwhelmed, she burst into tears and in a fit of rage and frustration, grabbed the bare soil beneath her and glared at Charlotte."Wolfe deceived me. He used me to boost his career. And while I suffered every night, he spent them in bed
"Some couple centuries or back, before the first invasion, your great great grandfather, I think it's two greats, was a well known modified fighter. He had the strength and grit. He was very popular for his sportsmanship and showmanship. When the aliens first struck earth, he was in the middle of the biggest fight of his career against a fellow fighter named Boxer. Boxer is the ancestor of the royal family. Grandpa Wolfe was the first person to deal a fatal blow to the alien ship. Of course, that's not what the history books say. Apparently, to further bolster their image in the eyes of the citizens of the kingdom, the historical records were altered, but the royal family and certain important families know the truth. That's why Tiger City was given its independence in the first place. As a tribute to our ancestor and to maintain a good relationship with us."Wilson blinked. He understood most of that. As usual, his observant mom noticed."We will go into details about that
