Wilson turned around and walked in the opposite direction. He passed by the cafeteria and followed the nurse as she led him to the training room a couple buildings away. They had to walk past the hospital, a building and two dormitories. Then, the nurse stopped in front of a building that was shaped like a dome. It was made of some sort of metal and the light was still on inside. Wilson could hear several yells and when he moved closer, he began to hear the sound of people hitting sandbags or other people. He could hear fire crackling and at the same time water dripping and sometimes splashing.“You can go in!” The petite nurse said. Wilson looked at her for a little while and then gave his thanks and entered.Wilson opened the door and entered. He closed the door behind and turned around to see everyone gazing intently at him. Wilson did not think too much about it and walked towards a sandbag at an empty corner far from the entrance. He looked at the sandbag. It was black and looked
Wilson ran straight for the teenage toddler and kicked at him. As soon as Wilson’s foot touched the toddler, he immediately disintegrated, leaving Wilson temporarily confused. The lady that stood beside the ‘toddler’ blinked beside Wilson by his right, spun on her heel and smacked Wilson in the face. Wilson staggered forward a few steps from the force before regaining balance but as soon as he did, he felt a significant weight smash into his back and sent him crashing on the not-so-hard, not-so-soft floor of the training room. That was the toddler. He had integrated behind Wilson and flung his surprisingly massive weight at Wilson from behind, sending him crashing on the floor. Wilson felt a dangerous moving force that made his hair stand on end. He immediately rolled thrice and jumped on his feet. At the same time, he saw the big bald guy with the boyish look land at his previous position. Apparently, ‘boyish’ had leapt into the air and landed with the aim of sending him straight to
“What the hell do you mean he should be put to death?” Old man Jenkins shouted. Wilson was both surprised and touched. He did not expect that the old man would ever support him. Even the instructor Jack that did not hate him wanted him dead. According to Instructor Jack ‘the law was no respecter of anybody’, which made Wilson wonder if any law ever existed to begin with.“What the hell are you saying now, Jenkins?” Baldy yelled back from the opposite side of the table.“Precisely, it was your idea that whoever failed to follow rules had to be punished.” The youngest looking old lady surprisingly supported Baldy. Old man Jenkins immediately faced her.“And I also came up with the idea of the Disciplinary Exemption Points. Also, when did the both of you start to support each other?” Old man Jenkins stared at them.“That is not important.” Baldy said.“What is important is upholding the law. We don’t want these kids killing one another because we failed to follow established protocol.” T
Wilson stopped as the male twin stood directly before him. The male twin was actively transforming in body shape. He slowly increased in size, becoming bulkier and more jacked. He stopped growing when he reached seven feet and six inches in height. The old man had completely transformed from an old man who was barely six feet in height and had white, receding hair to a hunk who was fitter, taller and bulkier with long and rich, black hair. The wrinkles were nowhere to be found. If anything, he kind of resembled the big guy with the baby face. Were they related? Possible. But Wilson did not think about any of that. He was blinded by rage and desperation. A devastating combo.Old man Jenkins knew sh*t had already hit the fan. The boy was dead for sure and it would be his fault because he had refused to teach or train him.‘Or maybe not. If I delay the elders, the boy should be able to find a way out of here.’ Old man Jenkins thought to himself. He rapidly stood up. His body slowly turne
Old man Jenkins was surrounded on all sides by nine people of various looks, genders and powers. He snarled as he saw his green mist suddenly dissipate. The oldies were not smiling but the five new additions were. They looked confident that they could take on Old man Jenkins, no problem. Old man Jenkins frowned as he saw a magic circle appear under his feet. The circle had smaller inner circles of different sizes in it. The magic circle glowed a white color and old man Jenkins visibly saw two inner circles exchange positions. He jumped backwards at high speed just as the circle made a lock sound and distorted the space it covered. Old man Jenkins frowned deeply. If he was a couple microseconds late, he would have been locked in place, unable to move and use his powers. Without wasting time, the blur twin moved at an unprecedented speed and arrived behind him and struck his spine.*bang* *sizzle*Old man Jenkins was hit in the spine with a devastating punch but the female twin’s fist a
Old cane lady aka ‘Grand Elder’ was infuriated at the sight of Ruthless and his swordsman and so were the rest of the oldies. They took a couple steps backwards as they stopped whatever they were doing and faced the Ruthless and the men and women who were exiting the portal in their numbers. Old man Jenkins saw a chance to make a move but unexpectedly, as he turned towards the nearest opponent, the blur faced him as well and frowned. Old man Jenkins looked her in the eyes as the young oldie sent a message to him telepathically.‘Jenkins, how about a truce?’‘Truce?’‘Yes, truce! If you help us, we will release Alice to you. It is not too late as the brainwashing has not begun to damage their brains yet. At least, not severely. It is not too late to save your granddaughter.’ She quickly bargained without wasting time on trivialities.‘Why should I help you? What makes me sure that you will not backstab me all over again?’ Old man Jenkins asked. His green mist veil that covered him fro
Mrs Sweeny aka; old cane lady, aka; Grand Elder hatefully glared at Ruthless in utter frustration. Bulky oldie stopped two steps away from Steph and slowly stretched his hand to grab Wilson from her grip. Steph had already backed away until she was blocked by her fellow colleagues who had been bored out of their mind. Steph was really unwilling to give Wilson up. She wanted him dead but his neck was surprisingly difficult to snap and the bulky, male twin oldie’s intimidating aura was making it difficult for even her to breathe or move properly.“oh come on, young lady. I have given you my offer. Why is it so difficult for you to accept? Are you finding it hard because you have a deep sense of loyalty? Well, even though you are so loyal, have you thought about why they are willing to snatch your brother’s murderer from your grip? I mean, he is almost unconscious and they choose to let him live. Doesn’t that mean they care less about you than they do, the boy? If not, why would they go
Old man Jenkins yelled as he ran towards the swordsman. His intention was to charge right through him. No human, beast, spirit or god would stop him from saving the boy. Now that his head was in the clear, he felt very guilty and thought it was his responsibility to keep Wilson alive. The swordsman raised his left hand and turned it anticlockwise as if he was tampering with a safe lock. Old man Jenkins immediately felt himself slow down a little. It was just by a little, barely noticeable but that was all the swordsman needed to take control. The swordsman swung his double handed silver claymore at old man Jenkins. Old man Jenkins knew that he was a goner if that claymore touched him. His pupils turned green and thick green mist flowed out of him to meet up with the swordsman’s sword. The sword corroded badly and by the time it hit old man Jenkins, it was pretty much just rust. The green misty veil that covered old man Jenkins’ body further corroded the sword and it broke just millise
