Chapter 784

Caroline shrank in the seat as her eyes fell on the rows of cars behind them. The scenery outside looked so familiar yet strange to her somehow.

The buildings looked familiar as if she had seen them all before, but she found it strange because they weren't similar to the ones in her memories.

They towered over her and seemed even cleaner than what she could recall.

About an hour later, they finally arrived at Belrene Square.

Caroline and Eddy had just gotten out of the car when they heard someone yelling. "Help! Help! There's a robber!"

The next second, someone dashed passed Caroline. Before she could react, Eddy had stepped forward and grabbed the robber by the collar.

The robber turned and paled when he saw that it was Eddy who had stopped him. He wanted to flee, but Eddy threw him to the ground with such a force that he fell on all fours.

The handbag flew out of the robber’s hands. He lay on the ground, looking all haggard and embarrassed.
