Chapter 118: Talk and Deal

“Why would I not include him?” he said. Dr. Karsyn walked going to Jacob’s place. Jacob was glaring at him sharply. “The fuck! You again, Karsyn! How pathetic you can get. Let me out here and let’s do it one on one!” he challenged the mad doctor. Dr. Karsyn leaned closer to him. “I won’t lay my hands to people like you. Dirty and low-quality. Shut your damn mouth and be grateful I haven’t killed you in the first place,” 

Jacob chuckled as he spat on Dr. Karsyn’s face. “Only because you don’t have the balls to do it. Stupid man!” he said. Dr. Karsyn wiped the saliva on his face, and he executed a fistful punch on Jacob’s face causing him to fell on the floor. The two men laughed hard. And so, does Dr. Karsyn. “Talking about balls when you don’t have the courage to tell the police that it is you who killed your parents,”
