THE TAKE DOWN…PART 1

Josiah screamed as they stepped out onto a road. “What the hell?” Mark asked him puzzling. “We have gone nowhere, except maybe 2 miles.” Josiah answered him. “Surely we have gone more than that.” Mark tried to reassure him. “No I recognize this road and just around the corner up there is where it ends. It leads to another road that will take us back out to the main highway of this hillbilly town.” Josiah told him.

“Come on, it will be daylight soon. We need to put as much distance as possible between the valley and ourselves.” The storm may have bought us some time, but the farther away we are from this place when they realize we are gone, the better.” Josiah said as he cut across the road and headed toward the main highway.
