Ax gulped when he heard his boss’s threat. He too was not too dumb to not know that Cobra meant that threat.

After shutting Ax up, Cobra finally turned to look at Rose, who still had a calm expression on her face.

“You?" Cobra spoke.

“What about me?" Rose calmly replied.

"Are you trying to play and waste my time? Just like what this fool said, are you playing games with me to believe all that nonsense phone conversation you just had?” Cobra asked, his gaze boring into Rose.

“It's not a game because I don't have time to play games and waste my time as well. But if you don't believe me, you can always wait for a few minutes to confirm if I'm lying or not.” Rose confidently replied back to him.

" And if it's a lie?” Cobra asked again with a frown on his face. For some reasons, he didn’t like how confident Rose was right now. He felt like he wouldn’t like the way things were going to end if it turns out to be true. But the possibility of it being true was just ten percent to him. H
