The policeman then questioned Hilda, "What do you have to say about the testimonies of Mr. and Mrs. Stephenson?"

Unperturbed, Hilda replied, "I was in the hotel room at that time, so I think the accusation of Mr. and Mrs. Stephenson against me is nothing more than a fabrication."

She then elaborated, "Two months ago, Mr. Stephenson was involved in a kidnap case, and I was the victim. As far as I'm concerned, Mr. Stephenson is awaiting his trial."

In an instant, Daniel turned dark, for he had forgotten about it.

Seeing the change in Daniel's expression, Hilda said coldly, "Mr. Stephenson, while waiting for the trial, you're limited to live and work in a certain area. If you want to leave that area, you have to get permission from the relevant government body. Mr. Stephenson, did you have permission to go to the film studio?"

The policeman took a look at Daniel, as he didn't expect that the latter was involved in a criminal case.
