The doctor shook his head. "We tried our best but his health is very poor at the moment. I advise you to brace yourselves for the worst."

"What do you mean by that?" Nathan's uncle, Mr. Richard Clemon asked.

"His health has been detoriating for the past years. As at now he is in a coma and if he doesn't wake up in the next seventy two hours..." The doctor didn't continue but they all understood what he meant.

When Nathan heard the doctors words, he took a few steps back and lean on the corridor wall. His grandfather was the one who brought him up and thought him all he knew now. Although his parents are still alive.

Nathan mother is a rather weak woman who has acute leukemia. As she has being going for chemotherapy and radiotherapy session, Nathan's dad spent most of his time with her and whenever she was in a healthy shape, they travel around the world.
