Arlo continued to tighten his grip around his father in the room. He was wailing as if he had just experienced the most traumatic incident in his life, and his face was soaked with tears of terror.

"It's Arlo, Dad! I'm your son!" The look on Jerome's face flickered for a moment as he seemed to regain some consciousness after seeing Arlo's face.
