Ivy kept staring at Gwen from the driver's seat as she drove through the main streets,  she had insisted on taking Damian to another hospital and not the one owned by sebastian.

Even though she only tried to look at Gwen with her side eye, to try and communicate something to her, it was obvious to Damian as he stared at the both of them from behind the front seats.
