Ella's POV

"Here are the files you asked for Sir." I placed the files on the table but I could see that his attention wasn't on the phone or on me.

"Anything else sir?". I asked but he wasn't listening to everything I was saying, all of his attention was on his phone. He seem to be expecting a call from someone.

"Who could that person be?". I wondered because the Mr. David l know is a workaholic. Once it is about work, everything else can wait. But right now, he is so engrossed with his phone while there is so much work on thehear me at all sol called him once again and only then did he raise his head.

"Yes Ella?

"The files." I said pointing at the files I kept on the table.

"l see them don't worry I'll work on them ablittle later." He said and his attention already went back to the phone

"sir is there a problem?".

"I don't know I haven't found out." He replied but I can see that he was worried.
