"No, no, no," she whispered backing away. "So you don't remember I'm pregnant? You can’t have forgotten me."

Mason didn’t respond. He simply looked at her with those same skeptical looks in his eyes. Heartbroken, Raven turned and left the room, the tears she had held back finally streaming down her face.

Damon rushed to her side as soon as she stumbled into the hallway. "Raven, what happened? Why are you crying?"

"Mason..." She choked on her words, barely able to speak through her sobs. "He doesn't remember me. He... he thinks he’s still engaged to Candice."

"What?" Julie gasped, standing from her seat. "That can’t be right!"

Before Raven could respond, the doctor approached them with a clipboard in his hand, his face serious. Raven rushed toward him, hope in her heart and desperation in her voice.

"Doctor, there's something wrong! He doesn’t remember me! How... how could he have forgotten about me? I’m his wife, I’m pregnant… h-how..."

The doctor's expression softened. "I understand
