AUTHOR'S POV
After exact one hour of painful wait, the front door of Dylan's penthouse opened and Cole stepped in, followed by an angry and worried Tobias.
"Where is she?!" Tobias pushed past Cole and rushed towards Dylan, with raging eyes. He looked disheveled with his eyes bloodshot. Dylan after seeing Tobias coming to him, slowly stood up from the sofa, observing his expressions and then raised his hand, pointing towards his bedroom.
<AUTHOR'S POVTobias stepped inside the room and his searching eyes fell on Celeste, who was bandaged all over, while bruises were visible on her face and body. He felt his heart dropping and his eyes moistening again, seeing her in this condition.Stumbling forward to reach her, He got to the bed and sat down on it, hesitantly placing his hands on Celeste's cheeks, " Cel!" A tear drop slipped out of his eyes, travelling his cheeks and dropping on Celeste's hairs. He sniffed and slid away the blanket to inspect her. He regretted doing it, as her legs and arms were also covered in bruises and band
CELESTE'S POVI woke up and found myself near a flower garden, that was too familiar for me. I looked down and saw myself wearing a white knee length, fairy dress. It was the dress, she gifted me at my 18th birthday. I looked up confused and tried to find out, about how I got here.I started going to the garden, passing by the roses, while my hand was caressing them on my way. I bent down to carress the biggest and reddest rose, while a smile broke out on my face.
AUTHOR'S POVAfter crying for almost an hour, Celeste fell asleep on Tobias's shoulder like a child. He had been sitting in the same position ever since, holding her close, while patting her back. She had never cried like this before. Tobias was worried about her. Seeing her crying like this, he felt like crying too. She was hurting and he found himself unable to make it stop. When she was crying and thrashing in her sleep, he almost felt like he was losing her. It was so hard, to wake her up in that moment. When he felt that Celeste had stopped crying or sniffing and her breath was even, he lea
CELESTE'S POVA week had passed since that incident and I felt fine now. It was hard to convince Tobias, that I didn't see the face of the attacker due to dark, but he gave up eventually. I felt fine now, so we had come to a party which was hosted in a massive mansion, that looked more like a palace to me, with chandeliers hanging by the ceiling and everything, seemingly golden. I almost fell like my eyes are going to be blind by so much sparkle.Tobias had introduced me to his business partners and they had started to talk about business, whic
AUTHOR'S POVCeleste cleaned her dress with a wet tissue and washed her hands in the sink. She looked into the mirror and fixed her makeup, sighing to herself. How is she even going to apologize to him? That's what, she was thinking about all the time. She shooked her head and stepped outside, getting startled on the way, as she almost stumbled upon someone. Looking up, she gasped loudly. It was her worst nightmare. She stumbled back a little and that night flashed in front of her eyes again, " Ca-Carl!"&n
DYLAN'S POV~A LITTLE WHILE EARLIERI was confused at Celeste's behaviour. It was not like, I wanted her to feel indebted to me, but she atleast should not have talked to me like this.Whatever! I shooked my head and looked up, where Daniel was sipping his wine, while his eyes were fixed on me, in an observatory gaze.
CELESTE'S POV I was stunned, when Dylan came to save me. He once again, came right at the moment, when I desperately needed someone by my side. It was surprising, but I was still glad, that he came.He was hiding me behind him, like he was trying to protect me. I was surprised at his actions. Why was he so worried? Was it because I was Tobias's girlfriend? That's the only reason, there could be.
DYLAN'S POV It was so awkward! I reminiscised the earlier events of the party and cringed at my behaviour. I was again at the edge of the same mounatin, laying down on the windshield of my car. My eyes were gazing up at the stars, which were shining brightly in this dark night. I was still thinking about what happened in the party, today. I can't believe, she apologized to me. I would have thought it was just a formality for her, if tears wouldn't have started flowing from her
