Chapter 58 "Irrational Thinking"

When Byron entered Eric’s house, he saw his boss yawning while sitting on the sofa.

Byron had seen Eric working all night countless times. But he never saw him yawning like that as if he wanted to go back to his bed and sleep. The diligent CEO wasn’t usually like this.

In the middle of yawning, Eric met Byron’s gaze through the mirror. He then quickly closed his mouth and wiped his tearful eyes.

“Good morning, Sir. It seemed like you did not get a proper sleep last night,” Byron commented as he walked closer.

Eric did not answer and asked, “Why are you here?”

“I will look over Eugene because you need to go to work.”

“Work? Ahhh, right. Work.”

Byron tilted his head.

Did Eric just forget about his work when he was a workaholic?!

“Let’s change the meeting schedule again. My son is still sleeping. I will look over him until Jane comes.”

And now, he’s pushing the meeting schedule again!
