Hiring a Babysitter

"Hi, thank you for coming. Please have a seat." Vanessa ushered her in, gesturing at the couch with a small smile plastered on her face.

"Sure. My name is Emily, and I'm a senior in high school. I don't have any formal babysitting experience, but I love kids and have often looked after my younger cousins. I'm really responsible and eager to learn." She explained, with utmost enthusiasm.

"That's good to hear." Vanessa nodded her head.

"How do you think you'd handle challenging situations, like if my kids throw a tantrum?
