As Jemma strolled out of the headquarters, she spotted Noah leaning against his car, looking all dapper in his black shirt and pants. A bright smile lit up her face as she approached him, but she couldn't help but express her annoyance, "You know your wound hasn’t healed yet. And you are smoking?”

“So?” he shrugged, a bit nonchalant.

She shot him a glare, “I’ll complain to Dad, okay?”

“We're not heading back there tonight.”

“Then?”

“We're going back to the apartment,” he said, flicking the cigarette away and giving her a playful look.

Jemma bit her lip, realizing they'd be alone at the apartment. It dawned on her that it might be the right time to have a heart-to-heart about her feelings. Ever since she spilled the beans about her love, she'd been unsure about his reaction. Despite the cosy nights at October villa, where they shared a bed for weeks, he never really made a move or kissed her lips, no chance for anything intimate.
