168. I promise I won't die

It was late at night, and Yohan had just finished his work for the company. He reached into his pocket, pulled out a cigarette, and stepped near the glass wall. Inhaling the smoke, he found a moment of relief. His gaze shifted to the garden outside, where he spotted Sara walking, wrapped in a white silky nightgown.

Yohan discarded his cigarette and stepped out fetching his warm coat, He gently draped it around Sara's shoulders. She didn't need to turn around to know it was Yohan; she was familiar with this gesture. Instead, she kept her eyes fixed on the moon, hoping it would break free from the shroud of clouds. A gentle breeze carried the fragrance of Yohan's presence, mingled with the scent of blooming flowers.

With his hands in his pockets, Yohan joined Sara in gazing at the moon.

"Have you thought about the consequences of keeping anything from me?" Yohan asked, his voice carrying a soothing quality that seemed to calm Sara's troubled heart in the middle of the night.
