On the top floor of Dixon Hospital, in the VIP ward, Natalie and Bruno sat anxiously outside the emergency room. When Yohan nearly rushed to them, he stopped in his tracks, alarmed by their fear and panic. He peered at the room. Upon spotting him, the elders stood up from the couch.
"Ricky..." Natalie approached him, her voice quivering.
"What's wrong? Where is she? Is she alright?" He was visibly agitated.
"She's been in excruciating pain for over three hours. The child hasn't descended yet. The doctors are helpless. I'm terrified," Natalie explained, her eyes filled with worry.
Yohan's throat went dry, and he quickly entered the emergency room. Sara was writhing in agony on the bed, her face red and sweaty from the pain. Two nurses and a doctor were working to ease her suffering.
