Chapter 334

Liam retrieved the fallen ring from the floor, his gaze fixated on it as he examined it closely. The sheer astonishment lingered in his mind; it had inexplicably slipped off his finger, when he least expected it, and he had tried to get it off his finger multiple times before , but it had always refused.

Liam didn't know what to do with it, the ring's mysterious behavior left him utterly perplexed. He wondered if he should put it back on, or do what he had always wanted to do for a long time: Getting rid of it. Liam quickly dismissed the second option, reminding himself that the ring was a family heirloom, and it was his duty now to protect it.

With the ring finally put away, Liam let out a sigh, as he walked back to the bathroom.
