Erin was on the phone talking to Marshall's wife. She was asking her to drop the charges against Marshall, even after everything that he had done, and Erin couldn't believe that she was hearing that. Marshall hurt them both and he should be punished for that.

"I'm sorry, but I can't help you out with that, not after what he did to me." Erin replied, not believing that she was being asked to do such a thing. Marshall deserved what was happening to him. He tried to kill her for goodness sake.

Even after Erin had denied her multiple times, Cynthia was not giving up, she kept on asking Erin to forgive her husband.

She knew how Erin felt after he had tried to kill her and she understood that, but she needed Marshal because she couldn't raise her daughter alone, and on top of that she was
