"Punch harder Joan!" Anwar said

I'm currently in training with Anwar. Again self defense is very important. I kept practicing everyday to make my ability stronger and make my body healthy too

"Done.. Now go outside" Anwar said. He's out of breath so was I. I drank my protein shake and walked out from the indoor gym.

"Done with Anwar?" Fred asked as he's currently directing Cailey into her training

"Yeah"

"Cailey has one round to go.. you next and you Cailey go to Anwar"

"I'm already done with him like a 2 hours ago bastard!" Cailey said coldly , she's already sweating a lot and her face already got red
