Chapter 218 Locked, Alone And Lonely.

The first thing that greeted Alexandra as she regained consciousness was a splitting headache that gnawed at her skull like it was about to be sliced in two.

She raised her hand to massage her scalp but seconds after her hand had began to raise, it’s movement stopped and along with it, the sound of chains echoing rattled through the cold, dark and dissolute room Alexandra was in.

She snapped her eyes open to the darkness and tried moving her arms once more. Just like her previous attempt, she was faced with the same result; the sound if rattling chains and immobility.

What in heaven’s name as going on? She thought and tried to shake some more in her seat while looking around the dark room, her eyes slowly adjusting to the darkness and loneliness.

The question to her answer soon came as memories of hours ago flooded back into her mind, making her shut her eyes and groan once more. But all that pain was worth it because once it subsided, she could clearly remember all that had happened.
