Paige's POV

"Are you sure you want to move into your grandfather's house?"

I looked Alex in the eyes. There are doubts in it. Now, I know he's also thinking the same thing as Ares. I can't blame them, though. They know me so well that they can even read the expression on my face.

I slowly nodded. "I need to do something."

"That might put you in danger, Paige."

"I know," I answered. "That's why I'm planning to go there alone."
