The phone rang for a long time before someone answered.

"What's up?" She spoke slowly, her voice sounding drowsy as if she had been woken up.

"I was woken up." She explained. "I just got home, and when I turned on my phone, my father immediately called me. He scolded me fiercely, yelling in my ear. It took a long time to calm him down. I'm exhausted, and my mind is spinning. I wanted to take a good nap, but then you called and asked if I was happy."

"Are you exhausted?"

"Yeah..." Her voice still sounded weak.

"Then go to sleep."

He quickly hung up the phone. There wasn't anything important; he just wanted to hear her voice momentarily.
