Se-Young in Shim Household

"I will go with you, I will go with you, please do not cry. I am sorry, I will never say such words again. You know that you are important to me." she said pulling away from the hug and wiping Jung-Nan's tears with her hands.

"I don't care about society, they can think whatever they want but I will not upset you ever again. I will always respect the title to a daughter you have given me." she hugged Jung-Nan again. Jung-Nan released herself from the hug. "I am sorry for slapping you, it just happened out of impulse. I am really sorry." she said wiping Se-Young's tears.

"No need to say sorry, a mother can punish their child when they make mistakes." Se-Young said smiling at Jung-Nan. "My mother was really very lucky to have a friend like you, unlike many people you have a genuine heart." Se-Young said hugging her again.

"You better pack your stuff now, or I will do that myself." Jung-Nan said with a strict face.

"I will do it aunt." Se-Young sighed surrendering herself to Jung-Nan and this is how Se-Young ended up in the Shim Mansion and maybe it was the start of a romance between her and on the Shim brothers.

Min-Hoon was not bothered about her as well because having someone who would play the role of a daughter for her wife was almost a blessing for him.

After 2 years:

It has been two years now since Ji-Hoon's departure and Se-Young's arrival in Shim Mansion. Se-Young was quite awkward with everything here in the start but now she had pretty much gotten used to everything.

On the other hand, Dong-Hoon stayed in the States for one more year along with Ji-Hoon, so he could take care of his younger brother and worked in the best hotel in the USA for a whole year after the internship to gain extra experience and also to make his father proud of him.

Tae-Hoon did not want to be a part of the business firm just like Dong-Hoon but unlike him, Tae-Hoon had no dream of his own at the same time. His father wanted him to handle the entertainment agency under their company but Tae-Hoon being himself rebelled a lot but finally, he had to take classes for masters by force. His father also tagged him along in the meetings related to their entertainment firm so he would gain some experience.

Oh Hani, the girl Ji-Hoon liked was still single and was studying design further for now along with working under the industry with her father so she would be able to understand her father's business more.

"Aunt, dinner is ready." Se-Young said to Jung-Nan. Jung-Nan smiled at her, "Since you have come here, I do not have to worry about the meals regularly." Jung-Nan said patting her head lovingly.

"I think it is my duty as your daughter." Se-Young said winking at her. Se-Young sometimes took care of the cooking in the house, she wanted to do something for the Shim's since she was staying there particularly for free. She did not tell Jung-Nan about it as she knew that Jung-Nan would get sad, she told her that she just wanted to make food for everyone just like she used to make food for her mother.

She was a chef by profession and it was not a lie that she used to make food for her mother regularly so Jung-Nan allowed her to take care of the kitchen sometimes.

"I want to kiss your hands, your cookery is so amazing." Tae-Hoon said trying to flirt with Se-Young, winking at her. It was dinner time, Jung-Nan, Tae-Hoon and Se-Young were the only three on the dining table.

"Mr. Tae-Hoon stop flirting with me, I am not interested in younger guys." Se-Young said flashing a smile at him.

"Oh, oh, oh. You really have a killer smile. Your husband is going to be very lucky, such a beautiful wife and such a delicious meal, ummah." Tae-Hoon said kissing his index finger and thumb and jerking them away from his lips as a chef would do.

Se-Young and Jung-Nan just laughed at his playful behavior, while a tired Min-Hoon came into the sight. "Uncle, Please freshen up. I will heat up the food for you." Se-Young said standing up from her chair.

"Se-Young, sit down the maid will do that, you finish your own food." Jung-Nan said scolding her and before Se-Young could protest Min-Hoon said, "We had a business dinner and I have already eaten so do not worry." he waved his hand in daniel and went to his room.

"Mom, when are those two coming back. I really miss fighting with Ji-Hoon for unnecessary stuff." Tae-Hoon said while smirking and thinking about the most recent keychain memory.

"Just three weeks more and they will be back here, all my children at a place after three years." Jung-Nan said slightly tearing up.

"Hey, do not be emotional now, your Donggie would not like it." Tae-Hoon said making his mother laugh out loud. Se-Young had only heard about those two brothers and had seen their pictures on the walls, she never met them in real life.

(note: Donggie is Dong-Hoon's nickname.)

"I bet Dong-Hoon will be jealous of you that you can cook better than him and I will tease Ji-Hoon that I have eaten way better Kimbap than him." Tae-Hoon said smirking at the food and took a bite in the most dramatic way.

Se-Young chuckled at the younger one’s behavior. Although Tae-Hoon had tried flirting with her numerous times, but he never went ahead of himself, he knew which girl to mess up with and which not.

After a week:

Min Siblings had arranged the business party for their most recent success, they were the second most powerful business tycoons of the South-Korea and they wanted to grow their business in hotel management and real estate, but they needed a great target for that and maybe that target was going to be one of the Shim brothers.
