Jace had a surge of anger he was trying to push down. Her closeness to him was making Cole wild bentah his skin. Her skin felt soft beneath his finger tips. Her scent was intoxicating to him. He couldn't help but notice that even though she was angry, the way her lips formed the perfect pout made him want them. He didn't want to hurt her. Cole pushed through just enough to help calm him but not shift. His eyes glowing bright as he did. Cole leaned forward and nuzzled her neck, inhaling as he did.
