" I had someone else carry out my duty. I'll accept any punishment , my Lord, please punish me. Tony's voice came from the phone speaker ,loud enough for Clara to hear.
She could hear everything that was being said. Feeling guilty, she squeezed her dress with her cold hand..
Would he have been spared if she hadn't told the truth just now ..
Xavier gazed coldly at her , giving her a warning.
"Don't try to play mind games with me next time you are too inexperienced" he warned, before walking out.
It was only after he walked out did Clara feel safe enough to breathe again...

Mr Reynold almost vomited a mouth full of blood out of anger, because this useless son of his had just destroyed his plan to come back as the CEO..
This morning, he went to the company to meet some of the shareholders, only to meet new faces. To make matters worse, he went there with the hope of buying more shares, only to be forced to transfer all of his remaining shares to this block Head , by that little puppy called Tony. Now he was left with nothing..
Thankfully, his eldest son still has his position as the chairman while the other idiot is busy playing around the country with women. Just who is he going to rely on to get back to his company? If only one of his legitimate sons accepted this marriage when they still had the chance, all this wouldn't have happened. He hung up feeling more furious than before...

After eating that morning, Clara watched him until he was about to go to work, trying to get up the courage to say what she had been wanting to tell him...
" Tony, what is my schedule for today ?" Xavier inquired, heading for the door while his assistant walked closely behind carrying his suitcase. He was about to open the door when a small voice stopped him.
" Hey, please wait a minute " she called out without thinking, but there's no time for regret.
Xavier stopped on his track glaring coldly at the person who stopped him but wasn't saying anything. He had no patience for this, without asking her what she wanted, he made an attempt to leave, only to be blocked by her small figure. His hands in his pant pockets were grabbed by a small hand. The hand had looked down, the hand but instead of letting go the grab tightened , inside he smiled because he already knew that the woman he married had a Stubborn hand, hidden in that head of hers .
Meanwhile, the people around them were already sweating on behalf of the stupid woman who had just walked into hell with her eyes wide open. He raised up his hand and everyone disappeared from the dining hall , like rabbits running into their holes.
Tony was surprised because he had already advised this lady not to anger the boss, but right now what he saw,no. The lady just walked in.. Just how am I going to save such a person?
"Mr Malcolm will Miss be fine?" The workers surrounded him waiting for his response. He glared at them instead.

Inside the hall was a different story. The temperature suddenly dropped, even with the air conditioner on, Clara still found herself sweating really hard.
" Speak, you are wasting my time and it'd better be something meaningful," he warned, not taking his eyes off her bowed head. He left her chin up with his finger, forcing her to face him. " I've told you before, look at me when I am talking to you."
She tried maintaining that position while speaking.
" I just want to inform you that I would like to.. hm.. continue.. my.. tr. training o...on piano lessons... " She stuttered, After talking, the room became quiet again for what seemed to be forever .

Clara was speechless, this man had just emptied the dining table and all the plates filled with leftovers and cups with water in them were now on the floor shattered into a thousand pieces.
fear got the best of her, but before she could take a step back, a strong arm already grabbed her by her small waist and she found herself lying on the table with her legs wrapped around his strong waist, his hands under her clothes as he said in a hoarse voice.
