Sixty-Two

Gypsy stumbled, almost falling down. She felt like she'd just been smacked a huge weight as she stared at Gianna, taking in the triumphant smirk on the other woman's face.

Just when she thought things couldn't get any worse. Just when she thought she was ready to fight for her marraige, turns out there wasn't any marriage to begin with.

“Oh poor you.” Gianna said, back again in her pretentious concern. “I can't believe you haven't figured it out yet. Poor thing.”

Footsteps announced the presence of someone entering the kitchen. “Is everything alright?”

Gypsy turned to see that it was Dante, glancing between her and Gianna. Did he and Enzo know already? Had Enzo already realized that their marraige was never valid in the first place and had just chosen to hide it from her?
