Aliyah sighed deeply as this would be one of the numerous times she had read these messages she had sent to him which had received no reply.

‘It was only a contract , nothing more.’ Her mind had told her several times but somehow she doesn't want to come to that realization because her heart keeps reminding her of the passionate kiss that night.

Damn! She melted that night.

She sighed again, shrugging her shoulders and muttering, “Just focus on what the agreement is about.”

She picks up her cutlery wanting to start digging into the meal that had been set before her when a loud shout erupted in the cafeteria then followed by girlie squeals.

“Damn! Justin issa hottie!”

“Valerie is lucky!”

“He is so handsome.”

“Hot billionaire CEO.”

‘Justin.’

Her breath hitched, her heart constrict in sadness before going on to shatter in different pieces as she remembers his betrayal and her stepsister’s hurtful words
