That night I waited for him but he did not come. All the time, I think about him. He said he would come but he did not. I was not even asleep because I thought if there was some change in his plan, he would let me know by mind link if he could not grab his mobile.

I lie on my bed, facing the ceiling. My eyes are opened and my breathing is slow. It takes almost an hour to make me sleepy. My eyelids turn heavy, starting to fall but I force them open, slapping my cheek to keep myself awake.

But how long could I keep myself awake?

Just after an hour, I fell asleep and woke up right after a few minutes when I heard his voice.

"Did you fall asleep, baby?" I hear his voice in my head.

I close my eyes, concentrating on him. If I had known him for more than three months, I could not even focus on his voice, but right now, I can do it easily.
