The room buzzed with low conversations, the heavy scent of cigar smoke clinging to the air. Sienna leaned over the table, her delicate fingers tracing a map of Enzo’s supply routes. Across from her, Enzo watched with an intensity that made her pulse quicken.

“This route here—Salerno.” Sienna pointed to a marked location. “It’s too predictable. If I were Mateo or Diego, I’d hit it at night. Less security, maximum impact.”

“And how would you know that?” Enzo asked, narrowing his eyes.

Sienna shrugged. “It’s common sense. Your enemies are opportunists. They’ll strike when you’re weakest.”

“Not bad for a girl who once thought I was the devil.” Enzo smirked.

Sienna smiled. “Oh, don’t get me wrong. You’re still the devil. I’m just trying to keep you alive.”

Enzo leaned back, his tone teasing. “You have a funny way of showing affection, Sienna.”

Sienna glanced at him. “Is that what you think this is? Affection?”

“I don’t know what this is.” Enzo said, serious now. “But I know I trust you mo

Enzo pushed Sienna to the floor behind the couch. “Stay down and don’t move!”“Enzo, what’s happening?” Sienna heart raced, and her voice trembled.“Stay quiet!” Enzo hushed as he pulled a gun from his holster, crouching low. The sound of footsteps outside the shattered window grew louder. Enzo crept toward the edge of the room, his movements calculated, his expression lethal.“Enzo, don’t—” Sienna whispered.“Trust me.” Enzo cut her off with a sharp whisper. The footsteps paused just outside, the faint shuffle of boots on broken glass betraying the intruder’s hesitation.A figure moved in front of the door, silhouetted by the moonlight. Enzo fired a single, precise shot, and the intruder dropped without a sound.“Cowards don’t knock. You should’ve stayed in the shadows.” Enzo’s voice was low and deliberate.A muffled voice barked orders from outside, followed by the unmistakable click of a gun being cocked.“Enzo, they’re surrounding us.” Sienna whispered, trembling. Sienna’s heels echoed through the cavernous halls of her father’s estate. Her hands clenched into fists as she remembered her life in this house, waiting hand and foot on her stepmother and half siblings, enduring verbal and emotional abuse, her breath came hard and fast. Inside, her father sat behind his ornate desk, the glow of a single lamp casting sharp shadows across his face.“What game are you playing, Dad?” Sienna burst in, her voice sharp. Alessandro glanced up calmly, swirling his whiskey. “Sienna. Always so dramatic. Can’t a father enjoy a quiet evening without your drama?”“Don’t play coy with me.” Sienna advanced, her tone biting. “I know you’ve been meeting with Mateo Salazar. Were you involved in the attack against Enzo yesterday?”Alessandro leaned back in his chair, feigning surprise. “Mateo? Is that what this is about? You’ve spent too much time with Falcone, my dear. His paranoia seems to be rubbing off on you.”Sienna slammed her palms on the desk. “Don’t deflect

Enzo stood at the head of the long, mahogany table in his private planning room, his dark eyes scanning the map laid out before him. His men—Luca, Nico, and Federico—sat around him, their postures tense.“This is where Mateo’s supply line is weakest.” Enzo pointed to a marked location. “Cutting it off will force him into the open.”Luca nodded in agreement. “Smart. He’ll have to redirect resources to protect it.”Nico leaned back against the wall. “What about his alliances? If Mateo’s smart, he’ll have Diego shoring him up.”“Diego’s involvement is a wildcard.” Enzo gritted his teeth. “But Mateo is desperate—he won’t want to share power. That’s our advantage.”The door swung open, and Sienna entered, her expression unreadable. All conversation stopped as the men turned toward her.“And what’s my part in this plan?” Sienna asked mildly.“You’re staying out of it.” Enzo responded without hesitation.Sienna crossed her arms. “Like hell I am. You’ve seen it.” Enzo reiterated calmly.Luca turned sharply. “What I’ve seen is you putting her above everything. Above the men. Above me.”“Careful, Luca.” Enzo warned, his voice hardening. “This isn’t about her—it’s about you not liking that I’m making the decisions.”“You’re blinded, Enzo.” Luca shot back, his voice heated. “You can’t see how dangerous this is. The men are talking, and they’re not wrong.”Enzo leaned forward. “And what exactly are they saying?”“That she’s a distraction. That she’s softening you. And after Marco? He’s in there.”Nico checked his gear. “And if he’s not?”“Then we burn the place to the ground.” Enzo said coldly. “Either way, he feels the heat.”Luca grinned grimly. “Always the diplomat.”Enzo ignored the comment. “Federico, take your team around back. You, crawling to me for help.”“I wouldn’t call it crawling.” Mateo calmly swirled his glass of scotch. “I’d call it an opportunity. Enzo Falcone is a problem for both of us. Together, we can erase him.”Diego raised an eyebrow. “Erase him? You’ve tried that. Multiple times, if I recall. Yet, here we are.”“You’re no better, Torres.” Mateo retorted, his voice sharp. “How many of your men has he buried in the past month? Not including your brother.”“Touché.” Diego grinned. “But let’s not pretend this is about me. You hate him. You want his empire, his territory, his power. I just want him dead.”Mateo nodded. “Then our goals align. I have the intel, you have the manpower. Together, we can finish this.”Diego paused, ca

At his private villa on the outskirts of the city, hidden away from prying eyes. The hum of the distant ocean fills the silence as Enzo and Sienna sit across from each other at a small candle lit table. The moonlight spills through the open balcony doors, casting a soft glow over the room. Enzo poured wine into her glass. “It’s not much, but it’s the least I could do after everything.”Sienna smiled softly. “You mean after I yelled at you for trying to keep me out of the fight?”“Something like that.” Enzo chuckled. Sienna tilted her head. “It’s perfect. I almost forgot what quiet feels like.”Enzo leaned back, studying her. “That’s the point. You deserve to forget, even if it’s just for tonight.”“What about you?” Sienna teased. “Do you ever forget, or are you always in mafia mode?”“Always in mafia mode? The sun was setting over the Falcone villa when Sienna heard the faint sound of tires crunching on gravel. She looked up from the desk in Enzo’s study, her brow furrowed. Visitors were rare, and unannounced ones were unheard of. Seconds later, a knock echoed through the room. Federico stepped inside.“It’s your father.” Federico announced grimly. “He’s waiting in the drawing room.”“My father?” Sienna asked, surprised. “Alessandro?”Federico nodded. “Enzo’s out dealing with the shipment. Should I call him back?”“No. I’ll handle this.” Sienna answered after a pause. The drawing room was dimly lit, the soft glow of a chandelier casting shadows across the polished floor. Alessandro stood by the window, looking every bit the calculating man she remembered. When Sienna entered, he turned, a smile playing on his lips that didn’t reach his eyes.Alessandro: “Cara mia. You look well.”“What are you doing here, Alessandro?” Sienna asked c“No ‘father’? Not even a hug? I’m wounded.” Alessandro

Their faces were hard, their fingers resting lightly on their triggers.Across from them, Diego Torres emerged from the shadows, his army of killers fanning out behind him.The two men locked eyes, years of rivalry boiling down to this moment.“So this is how it ends, Falcone? In the dirt, where you belong?”Diego said mockingly.“No, Torres. It ends with you bleeding out at my feet.” Enzo responded, calm and deadly. Diego grinned, but there was a flicker of unease in his eyes.“Big words. But I don’t see Marco here to back you up anymore.” Diego scoffed. A muscle in Enzo’s jaw twitched, but he didn’t rise to the bait.“And I don’t see Giancarlo stan

It’s time we remind him who he’s dealing with.”“We took losses, Enzo. If we hit back, we need to make sure it counts.” Luca said gruffly.Federico nodded. “Agreed. We go in blind, we lose more than men—we lose ground.”Sienna’s eyes flickered between them before she spoke.“We don’t have to go in blind. We use his own aggression against him.” Sienna explained calmly. All eyes turned to her. The stillness of the morning shattered as Enzo’s phone buzzed relentlessly on the desk. Federico stormed into the office, his expression grim.“Boss, we’ve got a problem.” Federico said urgently. “Diego’s making his move.”Enzo snatched the phone. “What’s happened?”“Three of our warehouses have been hit in the last hour. They burned everything to the ground. We’ve got injured men, and worse—he’s not stopping there.” Federico reeled out.Enzo cursed under his breath. “He’s coming for blood.”Sienna appeared in the doorway, already dressed, her face a mix of determination and worry.“What’s going on?” Sienna queried.Enzo briefly met her gaze. “Diego’s targeting everything we’ve built. This isn’t just a power play—he’s coming for all of us.”Sienna stepped into the room. “Then we fight back.”Federico looked between them. “He’s already ahead of us. We’ve got reports of his men circling Nico’s safehouse and Luca’s crew.”“Get everyone to fall back to secure locations.” Enzo said, tighte

Smoke billowed into the sky as the sound of gunfire subsided. Sienna lowered her binoculars, her breath shaky. The factory floor was littered with bodies, but amidst the wreckage, a lone figure emerged, bloodied but alive.“Enzo… it’s Diego. He made it out.” Sienna whispered.Enzo’s jaw tightened as he grabbed the binoculars from her, focusing on Diego. His rival was limping toward a waiting car, clutching his side.“Damn it. Mateo’s down, but Diego… he’s not done yet.” Enzo muttered. Luca gritted his teeth. “We should’ve taken the shot when we had the chance.”“Mateo’s confirmed dead.” Federico's voice came over the radio. “I’m moving my team back to regroup. Orders?”Enzo pressed the radio to his mouth, his voice cold and commanding. “Let Diego go for now. We’ve done enough damage here. Pull back and meet us at the estate.”Federico agreed reluctantly. “Understood.”“Are you sure about this?” Sienna asked hesitantly. “He’s vulnerable right now.”Enzo turned to her. “He’s also despe

Enzo leaned back in his chair, his hands steepled under his chin as Sienna stood at the head of the table, flanked by Luca, Nico, and Federico. The tension in the room was palpable as they awaited her explanation. A map of the city was spread across the table, dotted with red and blue markers representing Mateo’s and Diego’s territories.Sienna pointed to the map. “This is where we take control. Mateo and Diego have been circling each other for weeks, trying to gain the upper hand. We can use their egos against them and force a confrontation.”Luca raised an eyebrow. “Force a confrontation? These two don’t need much encouragement to kill each other. What’s your plan, exactly?”“We leak false information to both sides. Mateo thinks Diego is planning an ambush on his safehouse here—” (she taps a red marker) “—and Diego thinks Mateo is targeting one of his key supply routes here.” (She moves to a blue marker.) “We bait them into striking simultaneously, and when they meet in the crossfir

Enzo stood at the head of the long table, his men seated around him. Luca, Nico, Federico, and Sienna all looked up as Mario, one of Enzo’s messengers, entered the room with a letter in hand. Mario's face was tight with tension as he handed it to Enzo. “It’s from Diego Torres. A courier delivered it this morning.”Enzo unfolded the letter, his dark eyes scanning the elegant script. His jaw clenched as he read, and he tossed it onto the table for the others to see.“Diego’s proposing a truce.” Enzo scoffed. “A truce?” Nico snorted. “After everything he’s done? He must think we’re fools.”“Or desperate.” Luca said grimly. “He knows we’ve been taking losses. He wants us to bite.”Sienna picked up the letter, reading it carefully. “It’s... polished.” She said thoughtfully. “Too polished. Diego’s not the type to extend an olive branch unless there’s a dagger hidden behind it.”“So what’s the angle?” Federico asked. “If it’s a trap, why even bother with the formalities?”Enzo leaned forwar

The room was dimly lit, with a single lamp casting flickering shadows over the scattered documents on the table. Sienna leaned over a dossier, her brow furrowed. Across from her, Luca sat with his arms crossed, his usual skepticism replaced by quiet focus.“Look at this.” Sienna pointed at a document. “Transfers, encrypted communications, all routed through dummy accounts tied to Diego’s shell companies. There’s no way this isn’t coordinated.”Luca leaned forward. “So you’re saying we have spies in the organization feeding intel directly to Torres?”Sienna nodded. “Not just spies. A network. This didn’t start overnight. Whoever’s running this has been building it for years.”Luca exhaled sharply, running a hand through his hair. “Damn it. Enzo needs to know.”“Not yet.” Sienna countered firmly. “If we alert him now, we risk tipping off the network. We need to dismantle it quietly, piece by piece.”Luca narrowed his eyes. “You’re asking me to keep this from him? That’s a dangerous game

Mateo and Diego are circling each other like wolves.” Enzo said calmly but firmly. “We’re going to give them a reason to tear each other apart."Luca crossed his arms. "You’re playing with fire, Enzo. Mateo might be predictable, but Diego? He’ll gut us all just to prove a point."Nico nodded. "Luca’s right. This isn’t a game. If this backfires—""It won’t backfire.” Enzo cut him off. “We’ve spent months dismantling their alliances. They’re paranoid, desperate.
