The next morning, I woke up to find myself cozy on the bed. I don't remember coming back to the house by myself. I sat up to navigate my environment then one of the guards announced

“She’s awake!” And then the healer's apprentice ran to me to clean me up to get me ready for the journey ahead of us.

When they were done, they put me in a comfy chariot with Edward Rode and then we departed for Galentia. We did the old man and his home farewell and left.

I felt some way about going back to Galentia. This place was supposed to be my home now another woman resides there and therefore she is the queen to be. This is torture for me and if I were my old self, I wouldn’t be able to stomach the thought of it but I didn’t come here looking for love. I only have one focus and when I achieve that, I leave this place for its inhabitants.

The ride back to Galentia was a long one but I didn’t feel it because all I did was sleep and eat.
