Start -

"Vansh,"

Ridhima shut her eyes n getting up from her nightmare , cold sweat formed on her entire face and body whereas she was shivering terribly , her eyes were shedding warm tears.

"Ridhima," sejal spoke holding her trembling body tightly .

"Ridz calm down , it's just a nightmare please calm down." Sejal stated , firming her grip more around her but Ridhima brust out in tears .

"Ridhi please try to understand it was just a bad dream' please calm down please "

Sejal hug Ridhina tightly in her arms , making her teared up more badly .

"Please Ridhima , please it's was just a bad ."

"No, sejal, it was not a bad dream  because that's what I had really  done to him 7 years ago that night ."

Ridhima terrible shivered in her friend's arm whereas turned more abrupt , making her friend hold her more tightly , sejal's own eyes turned teary witnessing her heart wrenching vulnerable state .

"Ridhu , please calm down , please , for my sake please ." She pleaded her while hugging her tightly who continued to quiver more badly .

"Ridhu , please calm down , it's not good for your health , please Ridhu ."

Ridhima clutched her back tightly while sobbing harder and harder .

"No I deserve this I deserve m..more worse then this ."

Sejal's heart clenched hearing her words. She palm her face and wiped her eyes .

"No, you don't , Ridhu . You don't deserve this , please don't cry please , calm down ".  She said while tears fell from her own eyes by watching her because she know everything , everything about

Ridhina and her life and she knew know more than anyone.

Please Ridhu, don't cry please . ". Sejal said placing her head on her chest while hugging her firmly ,.

"You don't deserve this Ridhu, you don't "

She said , making Ridhima to hold her back tightly and just closed her eyes and even her closed eyes reflected the image of that person around whom she used to believe her entire fate was lying and now as going to lay .

NEXT MORNING ..

"Ridhu ! You're sure . You want to travel ! Today ! You know I can call  your dad and tell him like you need to attend some University webinar or

"No, sejal. I am fine now and don't want you to lie to him anymore because of me .". Ridhima said sitting on her bed while looking outside through the window at the beautiful bright sky.

Sejal sighed wearing and watching her and then sat beside her

"Are you sure .?"

Ridhima trailed her eyes from the window to her and nodded with a weak smile .

"I am and thank you so much for always being with me at my worst , sejal I don't know how would I  have  even survive if you ."

"Keep quiet girl , you 're like my little sister and whatever I did I have done it for my sister no need to thank me for anything ,". Sejal spoke and then help her palm in her .,

"But just promise me Ridhu , you will look after yourself and you would never seen think about doing anything like that ever again. Just promise me ."

A sigh escaped from Ridhima's mouth hearing her words .

"I already promised you that night that I won't do it anymore . I'll keep my promise seju don't worry about just don't tell my dad or anyone else about it ."

Sejal nodded and replied

"I won't only if you never do it again."

"I promise , I will never ."

Sejals smiled and then patted her head softly .

And Ridhu , you don't deserve that nothing of that so never said that again . That you deserve all of this because we both know that you don't ."

Ridhima slowly suspired hearing her words and again inclined her head at her stealing , making her to sigh and then walked out from the door .

And Ridhima just saw her disappearing figure and then again darted her eyes at the window where her gaze fell on the bright blue sky.

"I deserve this , every single inch at his. Sejal and I hate deserving this .

IN THE EVENING

"All the very  best for your new life , Ridhu. I just hope and wish you get everything you want and need in your life ."

"Thank you very much, sejal  Thank you so much very much."

Both the girls smiled and exchanged a warm and long. Hug and then pulled back

"Take care and call me when ever you want . I am available for you 24x7 , Babe.

Ridhima chuckled and nodded her head .

"And yes inform me when you reach there and I ." She stopped because the heaviness in her throat and Ridhima noticed her eyes turning teary.

"Seju ,". Ridhima spoke softly and  again hugged her tightly and closed her eyes trying to control her own tears .

" I am going to miss you Ridhima very bad !

" I'll miss you too, seju'"

Both are  girls again embraced each other firmly untill they heard the flight's announcement .

"Ok not the correct time of these stupid tears." Sejal chuckled and wiped her eyes and then beamed

"Best of luck , my beamed have a safe. Journey and beautiful life  ahead , i'll see you soon.

Ridhima smiled  back and nodded

"You too seju and yes, see you soon , bye take care ! Love you so much ."

"Love you more , bye ."

They both exchange their goodbyes and then Ridhima proceeded further for her departure ..

Time skip

". I missed you so much , my princess , how are you ?"

"I am completely fine and how are you and your health , dad ?'

They slightly pulled apart from their hug . He cupped her face and kissed her forehead.

"I am fine too and after watching you I am feeling like I got blessed with 40 more years longer to live ."

Ridhima smiled and tiptoed and kissed her father's forehead

"I know my dad going to live uncountable number of years ."

They both warmly smiled at each other and then she hugged him again

"I missed you dad, I missed you so much."

"I missed you too. My princess , every single day and now you are here , I am not  letting you to go anywhere a way from my eyesight .

Ridhima giggled softly and nodded at him , making him to pat her head

"Ok now go and take some rest , you must be tired after taking your long flight go to your room and I'll tell someone to send you some food to your room."

"No, dad I am not hungry , right now.  I just want to sleep and after that we'll eat our dinner together okay "

His father inclined and replied with a beam

"Done then a family together and yes Kabir called , he and his parents are coming to meet you in the evening , so then I guess they can join us too for dinner ."

Her smiled slightly faded hearing her father's words which didn't go unnoticed by him.

"What happened ' Ridhi,"' ? If you don't want them then I can tell them not to ."

"No, no it's okay ok, I am just a little tired and I need to call my friend  sejal to inform that I reached otherwise she"ll blast out on me and yes dinner with everyone sounds good. "

She replied smiling , making her father to not and then she went to her room.

At the dinner

" So Ridhu , how are you feeling , dear after coming back to you own home"

"Good, aunty ," Ridhima replied with a small smile , making her beamed

"Well you turn into a beautiful woman. Just like your mother ."

"Thank you , aunty ,

Chanchal nodded with a smile looking at Ridhima who was eating her food .

So Ridhima , how was you study and what plans have you made for your future now ?" .

Ridhima"s hand halted hearing that voice,, she dropped the spoon and then gulped soflty

"My study went well , Rudra uncle and now I decided to help my dad in managing his business , so that I can enhance my skills more and learn more things from him."

She replied , making her father proudly smiled

"I told you Rudra , my daughter is a hard working and diligent girl, she knows the best for her and I am proud of my child ."

Ridhima weakly smiled at her father ,hearing his words for her

"That's good things to know , so if she's planning on joining you , Ajay then why don't you just take Ridhima to our important board meeting tomorrow .?"

Rudra said gaining everyone attention towards him

"You know it"ll be goood for her starting she will get to know every important investors , directors and shareholders of your company tomorrow they all are gathering for announcing your new chairman ."

"It's a good idea but only if you don't feel pressured to join so Soo Ridz , because you just came back and i don't want  to rush things ."

Ridhima's father said , gaining her attention at him.

"It's okay Dad , I am completely okay with it , sooner or later I have to start my work and i don't want to waste time."

"That's my girl , so then it's fine , Ridz will join us tomorrow's board meeting where I'll introduce her everyone ."

Her father announced happily making her to beam softly

"Beside we oldies made our children bored with out chit chat , look both Ridhima and Kabir  didn't say anything to each other from the time we have came here .". Chanchal said

Everyone looked at both them who were awkwardly silent .

"Well you 're right , I think we are boring our children, so Ridhina and Kabir , why don't you both to go the garden and catch up your buddy's things with each other ।"

Ridhima's father said smiling looking at both of them

Ridhima tried her eyes towards him and slowly nodded with a tiny smile ..

At the garden

Both Ridhima and Kabir were walking side by side but no one said anything to each other and it was uncomfortable silent which he decided to break.

"So Ridz how was life been ?" ..

"Good I guess , how is your life going ?"

"Good I guess too but a little lonely without my best friend who just call me I guess a couple of time from the past 7 years and didn't even bother to pick up and calls."

A heavy  sigh escaped from her mouth hearing his words as they both continued to walk while she just looked at the ground .

"I am sorry Kabir it's just ."

"No need to explain Ridz , I never expect an explanation from you for ignoring me for 7 years and I am definitely  not angry.".  He weakly chuckled , making her to suspire .

"It's just I am a little hurt after you left from that farewall party of yours and never even tried to bid a proper goodbye before leaving for Australia .

She didn't utter a single word but just listened to his each and every word and her feet continue to walk

"I know you were not even properly in contact with either ishani and Angre but why Ridz ? Why did everything changed so suddenly from that night ?"

He asked to which she remained silent quiet.

"Ridz , I am not forcing you to answer that but don't you think we all whom you used to consider your best friend . We all deserve atleast a reason from you ignoring all of us and I know that reason is definitely not you going to Australia ,"

She still didn't open her mouth to state a single word untill

"Ridz  is the reason , him?

Ridhima's feet halted after those words got inside her ear, making him stop too

"Ridz is van."

"I think I am having jet lag, Kabir, I need to rest , I'll talk to you later and please inform my dad about this too.

She said and turned around and walked away from these without letting him to even replied back

"And Kabir just stood there ,staring at her disappearing figure and his eyes nailed above at the dark night skyb

"She doesn't deserve this ."

Next morning .

At sareen corporation ..

"Ridz , meet he's our company's head manager , she is my daughter , Ridhima sareen."

Ridhima saw a man who had a warm smile on his face as her father introduced her to him

"Hi Ms sareen . It's pleasure to have you here ."

Ridhina heard him saying with a smile while extending his palm to her . She smiled back and shake her palm with his

"The pleasure is all mine, Mr mathur ."

He nodded beaming and then looked at her father .

"Mr. Darren , the meeting is about to start . Everyone is just waiting for you and the new chairman to join them ."

Me, sareen inclined his head and looked at Ridhima

"Let's go."

Ridhima nodded and them all of them went to meeting area.

At The  Board Meeting Room

"So, she's my daughter Ridhima sareen she just came back from Australia  and decided to help me in my business ."

" It's good to meet you , Ms , sareen

One of the shareholders said , making her to smile professionally

"The feeling is mutual sir ."

He nodded and then everyone exchanged their greeting with her and then all of them took their respective seats .

"So, as we all know we are gathered here today for a specific that's is to announce our new chairman and because the board of director's and shareholders have decided about it after the sudden retirement if our previous one ."

The head of the directors announced looking at mr. Sareen , making him to nod in return .

"I hope you all started the most suitable person for the relevant and highly responsible position ."

"Yes we did mr sareen , we select the bestest among best for our company because currently each and every person in this business world wants to get associated with him as his one of the youngest and not just only talented but smart and efficient bussinesman who has a built a whole empire on his own in this business world with no strings background."

One of the shareholders uttered eating a nod from mr. Sareen and Ridhima just heard each and everything throughtly and then a man come inside and spoke something the head of directors in a low time ,making him to nod in return and then looked at everyone .

"He has reached here and will be here in this meeting room within a couple of minutes ."

Everyone went more alert hearing those words whereas Ridhima's silently started vibrating in her hands under the table without catching anyone's attention .

She looked at it and saw a notification of a message from sejal because she forgot to call her last night . Ridhima decided to turn off her phone so it would not disturb the meeting in anyway .

She was switching off her device untill she heard the opening up of the meeting room's door

"He's here welcome to sareen corporation . Mr. RAI SINAGHANIA ."

her hand went stir whereas  she felt like her heart froze hearing that name . She averted her gaze from her phone towards the door with the hope that what she was thinking might be wrong but her hope shatters into million pieces  with her soul when her eyes fell on those dark orbs which were already on her, freezing and quivering her whole existence within just a snap of second

"Meet , one of the most powerful and successful man of business world and now sareen corporation new chairman.

"MR, VANSH RAI SINGHANIA".
