Cade turned around and found Gina who was staring at the floor with an incredulous look. The girl's face was bright red with anger.

"What's wrong?" Cade approached.

The floor near Mike's chair was covered in sticky liquid.

"Sorry, Ms. Treyvon. I didn't mean to." Mike said casually. His expression showed false remorse. There was a smirk hidden in the corner of the boy's mouth.

Gina shook her head repeatedly. "No," she said as she looked at the boy. "You did it on purpose, Mike. You spilled it on purpose. I saw it myself."

She wanted so badly to kill this boy.

Mike didn't argue with her. He just moved his small shoulders indifferently.

"What do you mean, Mike? Why did you spill it?" Gina chased after the boy's indifference. The egg liquid became very disgusting when it was on the floor. The boy seemed to want her to clean the floor again today.

"Gina, stop talking nonsense. Mike said it was an accident and he already apologized." Cade said in a cold tone.

Gina held her head in despair.

She wanted to make it look like Cade had cheated on her. So, she had an excuse to leave. That night Cade did not sleep with her best friend."I've always wondered how you came up with that crazy plan. What Mr. Goldwin lacks. You're still chasing your foster brother overseas-""I need to make peace with Kurt. He can't hate me." Kurt was the golden card. He was the future leader of the Treyvon family business. Gina thought her foster brother liked him and decided to leave because her younger sister was in love with another man. The only thing for the children to do was to call their father."Daddy, can you come home early? Mommy seems to be cooking for dinner. You have to do something to prevent it. We're worried she'll blow up the kitchen this time." Mike spoke on the phone.Mika watched her brother impatiently. Their father had to get home as soon as possible.Cade was a little dizzy. There were many things he had to deal with at the company. He couldn't rush home. But Fay Willmer never let him rest easy. "I'll be home soon." In the end, Cade had to let go of all his work. Fay was right about one thing, he wouldn't go broke if he gave a little of his time to the kids. There was a sigh of relief on the other side of the line. Although daddy was sometimes helpless with mommy, at least they weren't alone. As soon as Cade arrived at the apartment, the kids pushed him into the kitchen. At that moment, Fay began to spread the contents of her grocery bags on the table. She was holding a large fish and was wonder

  • Being a Mom to Twins CEO   Chapter 85. Fay's Analysis

"Looks like nothing serious." Cade walked over to the side of the bed. "You look pretty excited."He meant to insinuate Fay. The girl's sentence after sentence did not indicate that she had just been hit by a car. It was more like someone who had just woken up and was delirious.Fay wasn't offended enough. "I'm fine. No one will be able to kill me. You can tell that to your girlfriend." She said with hostility. At one point Fay referred to Gina as Cade Goldwin's ex-girlfriend. Another time she deliberately referred to her as his girlfriend."Don't just accuse. There's no evidence to suggest that-""I don't need evidence to know that. There's only Gina Treyvon in the world who hates me to death." Fay interrupted quickly.Cade narrowed his eyes. "Why should she hate you?""Mr. Goldwin, don't play dumb. She came to make up with you. Hell, you have sons and daughters and a beautiful nanny called Mommy. Who wouldn't be jealous?"The corners of Cade's mouth almost turned up. He was used to

  • Being a Mom to Twins CEO   Chapter 86. Miss Treyvon's Cooking is Very Good

Fay threw herself onto the bed, between the two children who were curled up half-sleepy. She shook Mike's body next to her to get the boy fully awake. "I think I'd better ask Miss Treyvon to teach me to cook something. I don't think she'll mind," Fay said casually. Mike's eyes were still heavy at first. He even ignored Fay's attempts to wake him up. However, as soon as he heard his mommy's words, the boy immediately felt like an alarm suddenly rang loudly in his head, making him forget the sleepiness that initially attacked. Mike turned to face Fay. He watched the mommy next to him with furrowed brows. The boy had a bad feeling. "Aren't you guys enemies? Why did Mommy suddenly think of inviting Miss Treyvon here?"Mika, who was lying on the other side of Fay, who heard the conversation, brightened her mind. It had been a while since the army of dreams had almost dragged her to sleep. The little girl seemed more enthusiastic than her sister. She now got up and leaned against the he

"Who are you?" As soon as the door opened, Fay asked impatiently. Her eyes traced the uniforms worn by the two medium-sized men. "I'm sorry, we're the cleaners Mrs. Goldwin ordered. Isn't this Mr. Goldwin's apartment?" The man with Roy's name tag on his left chest explained.Next to him, the man who was slightly taller than Fay nodded his head politely when she glanced at him."We're the new janitors." Roy's friend added upon seeing Fay's suspicious look.Ron? Fay wasn't listening. She was instead intrigued by the similar name tags of the two men in front of her."Are you twins?" Fay pointed to the name tags on each person. "Roy and Ron."Roy glanced at the friend next to him, just realizing the similarity of their names. Then he hurried to refute. "Ah, no. Miss is joking. We don't look alike at all."How could this girl jump to such a conclusion from their similar names? Why not try looking at their faces and stature? No one would have the same opinion. The taller Roy had the typica

The timing was too good for Roy to witness the gruesome scene. At first, he just found Mike Goldwin's words funny. "I'm afraid Mommy and Miss Treyvon killed each other with a kitchen knife."The boy was like a psychic who could see the future. However, to make more sense, it was the child's analysis that was very sharp. "Miss Willmer!" Roy rushed at Fay before she fell to the floor. "Ron, something happened to Miss Willmer!" Roy called out to his friend at the top of his lungs. Ron arrived in the kitchen as fast as he could. Behind him, the kids followed and became hysterical at the sight. Ron quickly blocked them out.***Cade was on his way home when Mrs. Goldwin told him about the incident. "Shit!" Cade couldn't help but curse. "Langdon, go to the hospital."Langdon only glanced at the surveillance glass. Mr. Goldwin's iceberg seemed to be melting. He turned at an intersection without saying anything. Something bad must have happened.Throughout what seemed like an eternity, C

Fortunately, by that time, Mrs. Goldwin and the others had returned. Mike and Mika rushed over to the bed. Fay hurriedly pulled up her blanket and smiled at everyone."Mommy, you guys are back?" She ignored Cade and didn't dare glance at him. Her excitement at seeing everyone was real. What did this man just say? He wanted them to be real lovers? Had he gone crazy? "Mommy, are you okay? Doesn't it hurt anymore?" Mika urged her father who was still sitting on the edge of the bed. She was now blocking the distance between them.Fay became more grateful. She shook her head quickly. "It doesn't hurt anymore. Miss Treyvon is too weak. She only pushed the knife a little." That was completely untrue. The painkiller did not completely block the pain. But Fay's excitement made the pain a little less.Mika kept an eye on the patient gown Fay was wearing. The bandages were not visible from the outside. But the child still imagined the knife stuck in Fay's chest and the blood that came with it.

Fay's wound was almost completely healed. It was just a part that was starting to dry up. But it had been two days since Fay started going back to class, and she was relieved to be free from the boredom of staying at Flyod's all day. What's more, Cade's annoying behavior didn't just bother her when he was in the apartment. Even when she was alone, Cade kept entering her mind and making her depressed. Tonight the kids ordered a meal consisting of shrimp and a few other dishes. They had become skillful at choosing the menu compared to Fay. Cade had long let the kids order what they liked. Fay herself hadn't bothered to choose the dishes for a long time. Fortunately, she was an all-eater. A true omnivore.Fay was daydreaming when someone placed a peeled shrimp on her plate. She turned her head and saw Cade deftly peeling another shrimp. Fay grimaced. If it had been someone else and not Cade, she would have gladly accepted. But Cade was the villain who had made Audrey suffer. She would n

The fifth day of the honeymoon. The sun had begun to rise by a quarter. Inside the spacious and luxurious bedroom, it was quiet. The sound of the hanging ornaments on the balcony blowing in the wind, tinkling faintly, was the only thing heard. On the floor of the room, men's and women's clothes were scattered. The scene was a little chaotic and ambiguous. Meanwhile, the bed was even messier. It was as if a storm had come into this room last night and then left after it was satisfied with destroying everything. Fay's eyelids twitched before opening. The first sight she saw was the exposed muscles of her chest. And the scent of last night's intimacy immediately entered her sense of smell. She became dazed for a moment. Every time she woke up for several mornings, she still felt unfamiliar with this scene. The man holding her, the smell of his body, the whole room, all new and unfamiliar. Fay wanted to refuse to believe that this was real, but she was helpless. She had become the prop

They would only run a story on the Goldwin Group's official web page. The person who was most relieved about it was Fay Willmer. She didn't care about her status and what people thought of her. But the Goldwin name was too heavy to carry. She felt it would be troublesome if she had to go everywhere with that special identity. Callie rolled her eyeballs. "Idiot. Do I look like a bride-to-be?"Mrs. Goldwin's brow furrowed. Had Fay forgotten that she was the one getting married? Last night Cade had informed her that Fay had agreed to marry him. So, he told the Goldwin family to come for the wedding formalities. The celebration itself would be arranged later. Cade is worried that she might change her mind. So he planned to get the marriage book first.Fay scratched her head with a puzzled expression. "I think you do look like a bride-""Talking nonsense again? Aren't you guys getting married today? Don't say that you don't remember." Callie was a little annoyed by Fay's inaction in using her brain."Huh? I-I-" Fay looked at the children for someone to explain."Mommy, Daddy is done getting ready. But you haven't even taken a shower yet. Hurry up." Mika also looked impatient.Fay instantly panicked. "Who said I'm getting married? Fay's brow furrowed. "Talk about it later. Come on, get up. I'll help." Cade held Fay's hand, he held it tightly. "Listen first. If the results are bad, I want you to promise me to take care of the kids. I might die. Who knows?""Don't talk nonsense!" Fay suddenly felt her throat tighten. It reminded her of Audrey before her death. "You're not going to die.""Everyone dies." Cade reminded."At least you won't die that quickly." Fay felt her tears about to fall. "Let's get up!""Promise me first-""Promise what?" Fay's voice almost broke. "You won't die. So I don't have to look after those two annoying kids."Cade silently glanced at the eyes that were starting to fog up. God, this was a bit much. He was quite aware that Fay would probably go berserk if she found out she had been played. He took Fay's trembling hand. "Promise to marry me if it's all right," Cade spoke the words carefully word by word, as if afraid she wouldn't hear him.The two kids in the back snickered silently. Da

Fay didn't want to see Cade, but the children whined and kept insisting. She couldn't stand hearing the whining of a child. Reluctantly she went too to the man's room with two pairs of tiny hands dragging her along."I hope you guys aren't tricking me," Fay warned.Arriving at the room that Fay was familiar with having been trapped in all night, she saw Cade lying pale under the covers. His eyes were tightly closed. "Daddy's body is hot. Looks like a fever. Mommy check it." Mika knew that Fay suspected they had lied.Last night Mika and Mike slept in his father's room. In the morning Mike woke up to the feeling of his father's burning skin. When Mike tried to wake him up and ask how he was, all he got in response was a sigh. His father's eyes had opened a little, but then closed again and did not open again.Fay reluctantly touched the man's forehead. Just for a moment, she pulled her hand away again. It was really hot. Not a trick. But how is this? Was it because of the rain at Trix

Mike and Mika were still awake. They had eavesdropped on their grandmother and father's conversation earlier in the day, wondering when their father would have a serious conversation with Mommy.Mike curled his lips, defending his pride. "I'm not curious. I can confirm that Daddy will talk about their wedding plans.""But I am curious. I wonder if Mommy will blush when she says she agrees to marry Daddy." Mika giggled softly at the thought. That sounded interesting. Mike couldn't resist the temptation to take a peek."All right, let's go." Mike finally agreed.Mika gave a thumbs up, praising his brother's decision. The two walked hand in hand, sneaking along in the direction the two adults had gone. The door to the balcony was open, signaling that someone was out there. A cold breeze blew in, sweeping away the two small faces poking out silently from behind the shutters. There was only a long chair outside. There was no shadow of anyone. Both children were astonished. "Where are th

"Stop feeding me. I can do it myself." Fay kept saying that, but Cade also kept aiming the spoon filled with porridge at the girl's mouth. Fay wanted to dodge, but Cade had made a threat that made her ears turn red.Half an hour ago she was awakened by a warm touch on her lips. When Fay opened her eyes, a charming face was very close to her.Fay pushed. With just one hand. While her other hand, which turned out to be wearing an IV needle, was held by Cade."What are you doing?" Fay stammered.Cade's breath hit her face, making Fay dare not breathe air. She remembered this scent once upon a time."What do you think?" Cade smiled seductively.Fay was confused. "Stay away from me. You can't be impudent!" She then remembered her confession in front of Audrey's grave. Cade Goldwin must have heard it and become very bold."Even if I like you, that doesn't mean you can act impudent.""Even to your future wife?" Cade tilted his face. Still not moving away. His fingers even traced Fay's cheek,
