I walked into the restaurant quickly saying hello to all the workers present.

"Hi Ari!"

That was Nolan, my colleague and only friend around here.

"Hey Nolan, cómo estás?" I said, giving him a fist bump. I'm Spanish and so is Nolan.

"Estoy bien. Are you okay?" He asked, staring closely at the dark circles around my eyes.

"I'm alright, just couldn't sleep last night." I shrugged.

"Now that's serious." He said worriedly.

"I'm fine Nolan." I rolled my eyes with a smile. Nolan is such a caring person and is really good looking as well. With a 6'2 height, thick curly brown hair and hickory brown eyes that are so entrancing, he usually turned heads wherever he went.

"Bebita, you don't ever lose your sleep, what's wrong?" He stated.

Ugh, he knew me too well.

"Nothing, really." I said dismissively. I did not want to think nor talk about it. It was just

"Alright, just take it easy okay?"

"I will Nolan, Gracias." I gave a quick peck on the cheek before heading into the changing room to get out of my clothes and put on my uniform.

"Hey Ariana!"

Now that was another colleague of mine Lucy, I wouldn't call her a friend necessarily but we were well acquainted.

"Hey Lucy."

We made small talk as I changed my outfit and headed out into the restaurant. She froze the moment she sighted Nolan at one end of the large hall speaking to the manager. She obviously had strong feelings for him but silly

Nolan was completely oblivious.

"You should go say hi..." I urged her on but she shook her head vigorously.

"I'll just go see what's happening in the kitchen." She stumbled over her words and scurried off to the kitchen as I bit back a laugh.

****

The morning turned out uneventful. But strangely enough, a delivery came in for me in the middle of afternoon shift.

"Miss.Ariana Delaney?" The restaurant's message boy called out to me.

"Yes please?"

"This came in for you."

I took hold of the bouquet of roses cautiously, wondering why anyone would send me such when it wasn't my birthday.

I stared at the flowers for a while until Lucy came in and squealed, startling me.

"Oh Ari, someone sent you flowers! That's so sweet!" She exclaimed dramatically, just as Nolan walked in.

"Someone sent you flowers?" He repeated.

I simply nodded.

"Who are they from?" He asked.

"I don't know..." I said still trying to place a face to it. I hadn't gone on any dates nor was I talking to anyone recently so I wasn't expecting such a gesture.

"Look, there's a card." Lucy pointed out.

How did I not notice that before?

I picked up the card which seemed to be of high quality, it was even customized.

"For a princess..." I read out. Then I stared at the initials encrusted in fine gold font.

"D.K?" I read out again. This whole thing was shrouded in mystery and in as much as I was supposed to be scared and probably peeing my pants, I was curious.

I turned away from the curious eyes of Lucy and Nolan and kept the flowers aside and went on with my shift.

When I got home, I took the flowers and kept them in a vase I got as a gift from Nolan last Christmas.

****

Late into the night, the shrill sound of my ringtone brought me out of my sleep with a strange caller ID displayed on my phone's screen. I yawned as I groggily picked it up. I was trying to catch up on the sleep I had lost the previous night and someone was trying to ruin that.

"Hello?"

"Hello, Ariana." A deep, dare I say, sultry baritone said and I unconsciously sat up.

"Uhmm who's speaking?" I asked in perplexity, staring at the strange number once again.

"At about 10am tomorrow a vehicle will come for you at your workplace, you'll get in and be driven to the airport for a flight to Los Angeles, and by the time you arrive you'll be escorted down to my office. Prepare accordingly." The stranger said monotonously over the phone in a somewhat condescending manner.

"Excuse me? Who are you? And why do you think you can order me around?!" I yelled angrily, muttering unmentionable things in Spanish and wondering why someone would decide to prank call me at such time.

"Do you want your father in jail for failing to pay his debt?" His tone hardly shifted, it was almost as if I did not just yell at him.

"No... not at all..." My voice quivered.

"Good. Now, do as you've been told and there'll be no issues." He sounded an underlying threat that made me shiver.

"Yes..." I whispered and swallowed as he hung up.

What have I gotten myself into? I asked myself this question and stayed up for several minutes before the arms of sleep drew me in again.

****

I was jumpy all through the next day. Nolan, as usual, noticed.

"Bebita, what's the issue? You've been jumpy all morning." He asked concerned brushing a few strands of hair behind my ear.

"I'm fine, Nolan. I have somewhere to be, can you please cover for me? I'll make it up to you." I pleaded but he shushed me.

"Ari it's fine, I'll do just that but when are you going to come back?"

I bit on my lower lip because I was unsure about my return.

"Tomorrow, hopefully." I said finally.

"Alright then." He said and I smiled at him , he smiled back.

Just then, I sighted the black Cadillac Escalade with tinted glasses just as my father's creditor had described. It was parked outside and the exteriors looked so sleek and magnificent.

I quickly exited the restaurant, escaping the prying eyes of the manager. Sabrina was a handful of trouble for us employees but the sweetest person to the customers.

I walked across the ever busy New York streets heading straight for the vehicle. I walked around it and knocked on the driver's window.

"Hello, are you-?" I was asking when he cut me off.

"Miss Ariana Delaney, ma'am?" He asked almost curtly.

"Yes..."

I almost rolled my eyes at how different people kept mentioning my name on a professional note during the last few days. It was like I was going through a job interview.

"Please get in ma'am, your flight is in an hour." He said as he stepped out and pulled the back door open. I got in without another word.

I prayed I was not being kidnapped and did well to call my dad immediately the ride started but it went straight to voicemail so I simply dropped a message hoping he was alright. I had been calling to ask about his health from the hospital but I hadn't spoken to him personally ever since the last conversation we had.

"Hey dad, I just wanted to check in on you, I hope you're good. Dad, I'm currently on my way to Los Angeles and I don't know when I'll be back, I just wanted to let you know that I'm on my way to see him. Uhmm take care, I love you." I dropped my phone afterwards and just stared out the window until we arrived at the airport.

Immediately I got out, I was ushered in by the driver and before I knew it I was checked in and on a first class seat heading to Los Angeles for the first time in my life.

About six hours later, I got off the flight, looking around cluelessly until I got to the entrance where I saw my name inscribed in fine print on a beautiful and shiny rose gold A1 paper size.

I walked to the man dressed in a black suit just like the driver from New York.

"Please get in ma'am, the boss is waiting for you." He said even before I could say a word. It seemed like these dudes were wired differently. They all acted like robots.

He pulled the door open for me and I got in silently.

The drive took about thirty minutes and before I knew it, I was in front of a massive building.

I was awed at the exteriors of the skyscraper but my dears, the interiors took my breath away.

The way the California sun shone through the glass walls gave the room some sort of elegance. The busyness of the massive lobby had me wondering just how busy it would be in the departments.

I was led by the driver to what I correctly assumed was a private elevator as I saw that we passed by the crowded ones.

The ride went on for a while. From the looks of things, we were headed for a very high floor.

Finally, the elevator came to a stop with a ding. My mouth was agape as soon as I stepped out, I was amazed. I don't know what heaven looks like but the interiors of this massive office sure felt like it.

The black and gold theme was the most prominent in the room with every single thing in the room having a touch of either. The furniture was sleek and looked especially new. This office looked too comfortable to be a workplace.

My eyes searched the room until they landed on the most beautiful pair of grey eyes I had ever seen.

"Hello, Ariana."

He said those words in the same tone just as he did the previous night.

At that point I knew this was not going to be an easy ride.

I froze in place as soon as I met his gaze. I could barely register what was going on because I was in awe of how much of a beauty this man was. His grey orbs captured me first, then I drank the whole sight in. He's about 6'4 in height towering over my 5'6, his thick black hair was styled perfectly atop his head. His pink lips were just about full and thin at the same time, perfect. His tanned skin shone in the light and his suit did nothing to hide his well built body. His clean shaven face had my hands itching to touch it, strangely enough. He looked too good to be real. "Now, if you're done checking me out, can we get down to business?" He stated dryly, just like he was bored but his face gave nothing away. The statement startled me, my cheeks burned and I felt somewhat embarrassed. "Yes, sorry." I whispered, going on to take a seat in front of him. He stared down at me for a while before taking his seat opposite me. "I'm sorry, are you the person my father owes?" I asked clue

Hours went by with me thinking of what to wear. I barely had anything to wear indoors and now I had to prepare for a date. I paced the room for a while deep in thought, until sleep drew me in. Incessant knocks on the front door drew me out of my slumber and I trudged out to open it and was overwhelmed by the amount of ladies that trooped into my room. "Excuse me, I think you're in the wrong suite" I tried to redirect them. "You're Ariana right?" A certain woman asked surprising me. "Yes, how do you know my name?" "Oh sorry darling, it must be a surprise. We're from Mr. Kingston, he asked that we get you ready for your date tonight." She explained surprising me even more. "Oh okay." "Now now, go take a shower so we can get started, your date is by seven and it's past three already." She spun me around and pushed me towards the bedroom with her crew following closely behind. The next few hours went by in a blur. So many hands, so much pricking, stretching, curling, poking a

As soon as we arrived, I quickly got out of the vehicle and stomped to my suite shutting the door behind me. I stared down at the flashy gold diamond encrusted jewelry, I now had on my left ring finger. It was way too much for me. I didn't think I could fit into such a lifestyle, I just wanted to run and hide. In all my rage I took off my clothes, took a shower and slid under the covers. It seemed like a routine to be pissed off by this man. I slept off soon after wondering when it'll be possible to go back home, I missed my apartment. The next morning my phone was buzzing with calls and texts. News sure spread like wildfire. There was no way I could deny that it was me in those pictures. It was so obvious. Bloggers were soon to start digging deep into my details and that would become a bother so I ran straight to the main cause of all this chaos. I was told he was in his office and would not be available until much later but I couldn't wait. I was about leaving the suite, I spott

I stayed in my suite for the rest of the day. The thought of meeting his family had me nervous. It was too soon. It was quite understandable because the wedding was in just a month but I was still yet to recover from the shock of yesterday.I stared at my phone longingly for a few seconds. I had followed Damien's advise and put it off. I only managed to get a text across to my father to assure him that I was fine. I saw messages from Nolan but I couldn't bring myself to reply at that point. I sighed at the thought of how I was going to handle all the questions that he would throw at me. The contract had me bound and I could not disclose the truth to anyone except it was authorized. This was a heavy burden on my shoulders, I never lied but now my whole life was becoming one.I sat in a lotus position on the bed, staring out the window so deep in thought, I had shut my surroundings out."Ariana."It was funny, I thought my mi

"Damien!" A sweet female voice exclaimed out of nowhere. She looked dazzling with blonde hair and bright blue eyes but she had a petite frame and looked really small compared to Damien. Her outfit looked so expensive and I somewhat felt intimidated, I couldn't compete with that. "Hey mum..." He said with a little bit of a smile. Wait, what? I stared at him, mouth agape. Maybe it's just a nickname. I tried assuring myself. "How are you baby?" She asked fondly, bringing him close so she could place a peck on his cheek. "I'm fine mum, how are you?" He replied, still holding her close. "Hey bro!" A young handsome, blonde, blue eyed guy who seemed like the male version of the woman in front of me, came close and shook hands with Damien who glared at him. "What did I do this time?" The blonde dude rolled his eyes. "You weren't at the site to supervise the workers even after I instructed you to." Damien gritted sternly with a hard gaze on the poor guy. "Damien... Damien's POV; I looked to my left and realized that she was asleep already and she looked so adorable while at it. She had the most adorable pout on her lips as she slept and snored softly. In as much I did not give a damn what my family thought about her, I was somewhat relieved that they welcomed her warmly. Tracy was cold, however. I knew my mother would be over the moon because she was worried that I would never get to settle down. She was of the belief that I was closed off because I had no special someone in my life. I almost rolled my eyes at that, she believed in love and all those mushy stuff way too much. I looked back at Ariana who was getting more comfortable on the chair, moaning softly as she adjusted. This woman is beautiful but I couldn't tell her that, I didn't want her getting any ideas. I was marrying her just for my business and to boost my reputation in the eyes of the world. We had to be the perfect couple but only for the world to see. I couldn't let mys

After my obvious and somewhat embarrassing staring session, Damien led me into the jet. The interiors almost knocked me off my feet. It was so magnificent, I could live in there for the rest of my life. "You can sit now." He said sardonically. That was when I noticed he was already seated with his laptop placed in front of him. I was perplexed. Why was he seating comfortably? I watched one of the air hostesses hoist a black suitcase that obviously wasn't mine into the luggage compartments. "You're coming with me?" I asked dumbly. "What does it look like?" He answered in a clipped tone. "Yeah, sorry." I mumbled, taken aback by his terse response. I sat quietly and buckled up for the ride. We soon took off, I watched him from the corner of my eye as he continued working on his laptop while the plane was in the air. I played games on my phone for a while before drifting off into a short sleep. When I woke up, I had nothing to say to him, neither hi

I stared out the window for a while before staring down at my feet. It was then it occurred to me that the driver did not ask for directions before moving the vehicle. The roads were familiar but I did not understand how and why he would just decide to drive me without asking for my permission. "Where are we going?" I asked finally after much contemplation. "The boss said to take you to your father's place ma'am." And how did he know I wanted to go there? Was this man spying on me? Or, was he some creep that knew my every move before I took them? Third Person's POV; Three years later... "Are you kidding?" Damien asked, putting down Damon who had jumped on him the moment he stepped into the house and refused to be set down until they had arrived to meet his mother in the master bedroom. "Carried you for nine months only for you to not just look exactly like your father but also be so attached to him." Ariana had muttered sourly when Damon wouldn't come to her nor Darian who was the more reserved kid. The twins turned out to have more of their father's genes than hers, from the eyes to hair color, down to the nose and almost everything they did was like Damien. She found it more unfair cause they were identical. Now this was what led to the matter at hand. "Irma..." He dragged out, tugging off his jacket before unbuttoning his shirt. "I'm not kidding. It broke my heart to see her like this but she still looked so effortlessly beautiful. "Come on babe, we can do this." I encouraged her. She was panting heavily. "You're crowning, you're almost there!" The nurse yelled. She pushed again with all her might, grunting deeply until we heard the first cry of a baby. I wanted to jump and pump my fist in the air until I remembered we still had another baby to think about. Ariana's POV; "Twins?!" Damien looked like he was about to faint. He accompanied me for my doctor's appointment as usual and we just found out that we're expecting twins. I swallowed and blinked rapidly, trying to fight the overjoyed smile that was clawing on to my face. Someone wanted just one but his sperm had other plans. "Ariana, I only agreed to having one baby and now we're going to have two of them?! How?" He loosened a few buttons on his shirt. "I don't have twins in my family so this is definitely your fault." I shrugged, smiling at the doctor as he congratulated us. "Oh well, at least you wouldn't have to bother me for another baby in future." He shrugged. Well that's what he thought but time would tell if I was going to have more kids or not. Damien had been the sweetest though. He carried me like an egg just like everyone else back at the house. Weeks later... I stared down at the beautiful bare bodied woman laying under me that morning. There was something different about her. "Your body's changing." I said plainly, pulling out after I cummed inside her. "What are you talking about?" She asked with a frown. I shook my head. "Nothing at all, just go clean up." I got off her and dragged my pants so I could put them on. I picked up my phone and to do my little research on what I knew about women. She went into the bathroom and came out of the closet in one of my shirts that looked like a dress on her. I watched as she picked up her comb from the vanity and began styling her disheveled hair. "Ariana?" I called out to her. "Yeah babe?" She answered, turning to glance at me before staring back at herself in the mirror. "Are you pregnant?" The comb reflexively dropped from her hand, while she stayed stiff in front of the mirror. "What?" She asked trying to regain her composure. A bit too late, if you ask me. "I asked you
