Chapter 50 – Worries

“She’s a what?” Caleb was late to the news. When he arrived at the meeting room in the afternoon, the atmosphere was already solemn.

Conrad has gathered the elders, his family and all the sub-leaders in the pack. Lucas was also summoned. He told them his suspicions regarding Alice’s identity. All the circumstances that point in that direction, he let them know. He did this because he needed their support. With Alice back in the territory, everyone knows what might happen.

“A hybrid. Half-wolf, half vampire?” Lucas wanted confirmation, too.
