VALERIE'S POV

"You should have known better than to do that, come with me Kitten" he ordered, his voice low and dangerous.

I followed quietly behind him not wanting to cause a scene, I knew I had pissed him off at this point. But I honestly didn't feel sorry, I was still mad at him and wanted to confront him too.

As we walked away from the carnival, Stephano's grip on my hand tightened. I could feel the anger radiating off of him. I knew I had pushed him too far, but I couldn't help it. I was still hurt by the fact that he was basically flirting with his ex-girlfriend at the carnival. We walked in silence for a few minutes before Stephano finally spoke after we entered our suite.

"What were you thinking, Valerie? Dancing with that guy like that in front of me?" he asked, his voice laced with anger.

"I was just having fun, Stephano. I didn't think it would bother you that much," I replied, trying to keep my voice calm.
