"Stop it..." Danica groaned as Mason had begun his morning onslaught. "I'm not ready to wake up yet."
Reddish pink light had begun to try to infiltrate Danica's closed eyes as she woke more and more. After the long night Mason had put her through she was not ready to get up and if she had the cability to turn into a wolf she would be scratching his eyes out right about now.
"We have a lot to do today." Mason chuckled continuing to try to grope at Danica's chest as she hid it against the bed.
"Would you stop that?" She snapped slapping at Mason. "Haven't you had enough fun?"
Mason considered, "No, I don't think I have at all."
Danica opened her eyes and glared. "That sounds like a you problem."
Laughing Mason rolled out of the way just as Danica begun to swat her pillow at him.
"Okay, I'm getting serious." Mason said holding up his hands in defeat.
"Better." Danica grumbled while yawning.

Air escaped Danica's lungs as Bella slammed her hand into her solar plexus leaving Danica stunned and gasping for air. Free from quaruntine Danica could resume training. She had three days to get some last minute practice in before they would be heading to the darklands."You've gotten weak over this past week." Bella huffed as she helped Danica to remain standing. "Too busy getting it on with your mate to think about training?""What are you talking about?" Danica asked blushing.Bella smirked, "You do realize your neck is covered in hickey's and that mark is screaming loud as day."Turning bright red Danica covered the spot Mason had marked her, as if that would make Bella forget what she had seen."You're cute." Bella giggled. "This is why you're so fun to tease."Caught off guard Danica wasn't ready for the body slam that Bella dealt her. Gasping she tried to break free but ended up having to tap out."Isn'
Danica peered at the strange looking portal shimmering and falling like a waterfall in front of her. They had arrived in front of it about ten minutes prior and Mason had busied himself setting up camp outside of it along with his men.The day had finally arrived for them to head to the darklands to search for the Sarff clan and to begin trying to find the sorcerer that had cursed her. They had left early that morning and driven for most of the day, followed by a long trek through the woods until arriving at the portals location.Initially Danica had been confused by it, after all it was in the middle of the deepest part of the woods where anyone could find if they were to trek far enough. That was at least until Mason had explained to her that Nigel had created this portal specially for them. That had led to Danica wondering why they had to come this far if he could open one where ever the hell he pleased."Come on." Mason sa
"Is this truly safe?" Danica asked eyeing the portal in front of her."Getting cold feet now?" Mason asked with a chuckle teasing Danica. "Don't worry it will be fine, we have used portals before.""When?" Danica asked quirking an eyebrow."Remember the entrance to the elders domain?" Mason asked reminding Danica of that god awful experience all over again."I had managed to forget, but thank you for reminding me." She said sweetly.Mason couldn't stop the grin on his face, "Come on, you should stop holding grudges.""Right." Danica hissed before turning her full attention back to the portal in front of them."If you two are done, we need to get moving." Chris grumbled.Danica couldn't help but feel bad for Chris, because he was Mason's beta he had no choice but to come along on this mission to the darklands. That meant that he had to leave Bella behind and no one knew just how long it would take to find the sorcere
Standing before Danica was no longer a woman who was pissed, instead stood a massive grey wolf that was eyeing her hungrily. It snarled and snapped showing its teeth to try to make her back down, but it had another thing coming.Smiling Danica motioned for the wolf to come at her. Even though this would be considered a dangerous situation, Danica wasn't afraid and therefore the dark being within hadn't bothered to stir, instead leaving this to Danica.Obliging the grey wolf ran forward howling as it jumped and extended its claws. Lifting her hands Danica grabbed the wolf by its fur and heaved throwing it to the side. The people standing around hollered appreciatively as the wolf stood up shaking its head before facing Danica again."Still not going to stop?" Danica asked sighing, "Alright, lets continue then."Snarling the wolf ran forward again this time trying to knock Danica down by force instead of by jumping. Lowering it
Outside the black snow had finished falling and the whole area beyond her tent looked to be covered in ash rather than snow. Curiousity getting the better of her Danica quietly exited the tent so she could get a better look at it. She had woke up much earlier than everyone else so she had a little time to kill before it was time to go about waking Mason.Stepping out into the snow she found that it felt just like normal snow would underneath her feet, granted she didn't know what she had expected, but it was just too weird to not expect something different."Not a good idea to venture too far alone." Turning Danica found herself facing the warrior that was called Vincent. He was watching her with a curious expression on his face as if he couldn't quite figure her out."I didn't think anyone was awake." Danica said as her cheeks flushed."I was second on watch." Vincent explained smiling. "We couldn't possibly lea
"Oh yes... Mason.... Mason." Danica panted as Mason moved quicker within her. They hadn't even been in their room for five minutes before Mason began his onslaught. With the way he was acting you would think that they hadn't done anything in weeks rather than just a few hours."Scream my name baby." Mason groaned kissing the side of Danica's neck. "I love that the most.""MASON... OH GOD....MASON!" Danica screamed as she began to convulse around Mason causing him to jerk and let out a low growl.Panting Danica allowed herself to get lost in pleasure as the convulsions continued to consume her. Finished with his work Mason rolled over collapsing on the bed beside Danica."What was that for?" Danica asked rolling over so she could look at him. "You acted like a possessed man.""That jealousy of yours just drove me wild." Mason smirked lifting a hand to push a stray strand of hair behind Danica's ear. "I coul
Arlo didn't bother looking up as Danica and Mason closed the distance between the office door and his desk. He was busy scribbling something on a piece of parchment in front of him with a frown deeply etched on his face. Clearing his throat Mason tried to get Arlo's attention as Danica remained silent. As if remembering they were there Arlo looked up placing his pen on the desk beside him. He continued to frown as he met Mason's eyes."Something wrong?" Mason asked curiously."Nothing for you to concern yourself with Alpha Mason." Arlo said, "Have a seat please."Motioning to the two chairs in front of his desk he waited as Danica and Mason took their seats."Thank you." Danica said politely keeping her gaze firmly locked on Arlo. She couldn't deny the fact the elf had a domineering presence and ever since their last encounter she couldn't seem to calm down when she was around him. Why they even had to humor and deal
A light knocking at the door woke Danica from her slumber. Groaning she rolled over and pushed Mason's shoulder as another round of knocking sounded."What?" Mason asked groggily."Door." Danica grumbled. "Can you check it?"Yawning Mason got up out of the bed and looked for his pants. Slipping them on he went to see who was rude enough to wake them before their alarms went off.Still exhausted from being kept up for most of the night, Danica rolled over and tried to fall back to sleep as the soft murmuring of voices rocked her like a lullaby, at least until they began to increase in volume and urgency.Curiousity waking her Danica sat up and looked towards Mason's back. Even though she wanted to get up and go see what was being said, she was unable to do so since her clothes were scattered about the floor and she didn't know who was outside of the door. Containing her slowly building anxiety she waited until, finally,
