Olivia still hadn't returned when dinner arrived, and for some reason, it made Ignazio even more irritated. He glanced at the clock again, and time seemed to drag on for him.

Where could she be? How long does it take for an evening class in her part-time studies? Do they study from morning until late at night like this? Are their heads okay if they keep receiving lessons?

All these questions were accompanied by grumbling frustration. Ignazio wasn't focused when someone tried to talk to him because Olivia was the only thing in his mind.

Fortunately, no one around him protested. Until, in order to avoid longer daydreaming, Ignazio chose to excuse himself and go upstairs, claiming he wanted to review the documents Meizar had given him.

Upon returning to the upper floor, Ignazio found that he was not focused on the documents at all. He lay on the bed, staring blankly at the ceiling. His ears strained to listen, perhaps hoping to hear the sound of a vehicle approaching their home.
