Hearing the call, Calla stepped out of the house and into the courtyard.

"Grandma, I'm here!" Pierre happily called out as he handed the bags he was carrying to Penny.

Winona glanced at Calla, who had just walked out of the house, and remarked with a teasing smile, "I've been living here for so many years, and I've never seen you visit this often. Looks like I'm benefiting from someone's company now."

Calla's face turned red at Winona's playful comment.

Pierre, however, hugged Winona's shoulders and coaxed her. "Grandma, I'm not too busy these days. The few cases I was handling have all wrapped up, and honestly, I'm a bit exhausted.

"I've been running at full throttle for years, but recently I've been handing off cases to the lawyers who work under me. I'm not going to push myself so hard anymore. I'll be able to visit you more often!"
