Diana was too shocked to speak.

Even her feigned smile faded away.The doctor and the nurses left the room,giggles erupting from the nurses.

"Why, Stephanie?" Hailey held her shoulders "Aren't you happy?"

She still felt too shocked to even get over it and act normal again.

In fact,she felt like crying.

"C'mon Stephanie..don't be scared" Hailey assured "You'll give birth normally.Edward would make sure of that"

He looked even more handsome and immaculate today,however Diana's eyes were blinded with tears to notice this.
