2024-10-29 19:42:56Two days after, Madison and her team went to a rural community in the country for the second medical mission. They arrived in a guesthouse that will serve as their shelter for the entire event.
“We’ll stay here for the next few days. All women will take the rooms upstairs while men will take the rooms in the first floor,” Madison said.
“Will we have the celebrities with us?”
“The only thing that was said to me was, they will arrive when their schedules in the city are completed. They might be here tomorrow, but better if not. Let’s unpack first and then meet here in the living room after an hour to check our supplies and equipment.”
All of them started moving and went to their rooms to start unpacking. After an hour they returned to start organizing the supplies that they will use for the medical mission.

The day passed quickly and its already night. The first day of the medical mission didn’t go smoothly because of the accident but it ended successfully. Some patients are declining to be treated by her. “No! Give me another doctor! I don’t want this monster touching me!” yelled by one of the patients. Another doctor came to check the patients. Doctor Kevin approached Madison and tapped her on the shoulders. “Madison, I think you should take some rest first. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” Madison walked away and went to the lounge area. As soon as she closed the door, she leans on it and burst out crying. She walked to the sofa and cried. She felt helpless about the situation. Although, she understands their reaction but she can’t avoid feeling sad and discouraged. After few minutes, the door opened and Madison quickly wiped her tears. She looks up and saw the new CEO of the hospital. She stands up and greeted him.
