CHAPTER 31. TOO HAPPY

Alex came down from his room, still rubbing his hair lightly, removing the remaining water in his shampooed hair.

The man frowned when he saw Angelina fidgeting while looking out the window continuously.

Alex went over and sat on the sofa and sipped the chocolate Angelina had made for him.

"What are you doing, standing in front of the window? Are you waiting for someone?" Alex asked.

"I'm waiting but not for someone," Angelina replied without looking away.

"So? What are you waiting for?" Alex asked again.

"I'm waiting for the snow to stop falling. I want to go find a job as soon as possible."

"Didn't I tell you about the job advert?" asked Alex frowning.

"Yes, that's why I want to go there. But it keeps snowing and blocking the road."

"Why are you bothering about that? You can send the application by email, right? You can just come there when you're asked for an interview," Alex said.

"Really?" Angelina's eyes lit up.
