Mr. Williams held the pillow to his chest then entered, glancing down at me. He handed it to me.

"Ada packed up and left," he said. I snatched the pillow back and hugged it briefly. My heart felt jabbed from the news, but my stubbornness took over.

"I don't care," I remarked but my actions betrayed me. I still went to the window to see if it was true. Just as I did, I spied her; she was indeed leaving, heaving her suitcase into the black SUV. Inside I was screaming, hating that this was happening. How did our friendship become severed over a stupid guy?

I was about to run after her, begging her not to go when I saw Everett. He dashed out after Ada, pulling on her arm. Recoiling, I almost turned away, but I couldn't look away. What a fool she was.

"I hate them!" I complained to Mr. Williams. I was about to bang on the window when he came over.

"Stop attacking Ada or you will regret it deeply. What you feel now is powerful but later it will be much worse, and you can't go back and

Huffing, I turned away, but Mr. Williams knew I wouldn't be able to resist my favorite pizza. He took out two plates and piled several pieces on each. There was no way I could refuse once he put it under my nose. That aroma was making me nearly drool. Taking our pizza, we came over to the sofa to eat. The light in the room was low and the ocean wind was making the eaves creak. It felt peaceful being inside. I glanced at him as I picked up my first piece. I sunk my teeth into it and my mouth burst with the mixture of flavors. The crust snapped as I bit down, the edge golden brown, even a bit dusty from the cornmeal, which I liked. The wonderful sourness of the goat cheese and kalamata touched my tastebuds, conjoined with the sharp cheddar and salty pepperoni. The heat from the jalapenos brought it all together and I delighted in it, moaning in pleasure. Mr. Williams chuckled and took a bite. "You make it look so good," he said, chewing. "I had to try it." My mouth was still full as

I felt frustrated like I'd made the wrong choice. Everything has been chaotic since I invited her. Then it dawned on me that when people who are close, hide dark secrets, it causes harm to each other. She was right in what she'd shouted to Mr. Williams. That was correct. "You might not believe me, but I think it was for the best that things came to a head. At least you've aired your feelings and you're going to find out what your friendship truly means to each other. I'd wager that you'll realize you care on a level you never realized, and it took this argument to make you understand what you feel about one another." His insightful words helped me feel better, but I began to wonder about something. Glancing at Mr. Williams I thought about our relationship, wondering if Everett was destined to hurt in the future. What if he ever found out? Did Mr. Williams plan to tell his son? I wondered with a heavy heart if I would cause more heartbreak. Everett's pov The moment I heard Ada cr

"What are you doing, Everett?” “I’m bringing you back.” “I mean, what do you want? For real. Don't play with me," she said. I could tell she was exhausted; her shoulders were slumped, and her hair was knotted from all the activity. Though her voice was serious, her eyes were glittering with passion as they reflected the nearby streetlights. The sound of whooshing cars lifted her hair as I shrugged. "I don't know, Ada but I can't leave you on the sidewalk in the middle of LA." I walked over to her suitcase and picked it up, carrying it over my head until I was able to get it into the trunk of the SUV. "Don't take that without my permission!" she ordered me, but I didn't listen, and she chased. When I turned around, I knew she wouldn't leave unless I made her, so I picked her up and carried her to the passenger seat. She half-heartedly punched me once on the back, but I didn't react, so she went limp, gave in and climbed on the seat willingly. Ada remained silent and didn't speak

Mila's POV:: My relationship with Everett and Ada remained awkward for the next few days until the beach party. We barely spoke and whenever we saw one another at breakfast and in the morning, each of us tried to avoid one another. I wasn't the most graceful when people knew I felt weird. Finally, the day of the beach party arrived. Ada wasn't kidding when she said she had been looking forward to it for the entire trip. She had an entire outfit dedicated to it. Ada, as always, dressed very seductively, in a skimpy bikini barely covering her lean body. Draped over her shoulders was a barely there beach dress, which could be easily removed for swimming or otherwise. As she sauntered to the beach, heads began to turn. Plenty of men approached her and she was able to carry on a charming conversation with nearly all of them but then she picked one to have a deeper talk with. He was older than Everett and more distinguished, probably closer to graduating college or maybe he already had

My face blushed crimson when I realized everyone saw my clumsy move. Not only was my head aching but so was my ego. Awkwardly, I clutched my things to my chest and left before anyone could come over and check on me. The last thing I wanted was more attention. As I dashed away, I felt saddened by regret. If I hadn't argued with Ada, we would have had a great time hanging out on the beach like we used to on holidays. Instead, I was running away from the crowd in embarrassment, bored to tears.Hanging my head, I stared at the sand as tiny pieces of dried seaweed stuck into my feet. Crouching, I removed the black pieces of kelp from my skin, then threw on my flip flops. Maybe I deserve all of this for making such questionable choices. Was it karma?Sighing, I went to get a drink from the cooler. Stuffing my hand in, the ice was sloshing around in the cold water, freezing my hand. Just as I retrieved the soda I wanted; I heard Lily's voice. It made me cringe like nails on a chalkboard.

It was the other way around. He chose me to be on his contract and knowing that was a commitment even though it wasn't traditional made me feel special and good enough to make me feel special.Suddenly I was acutely aware of the discomfort the sugary drink was making me feel. I supposed I could jump into the ocean but even though it was California, the water was still cold with with how thin I was.Instead I grabbed a nearby towel and did my best to wipe the soda off my body. As I did, I observed Ada tossing the ball back to a nearby child who grabbed it gleefully. I realized that Ada had casually snatched the ball and intentionally threw it at Lily. That made me feel warmed inside and amused with Ada's tactic to help me out. She came over and stood in front of me placing her hands on her hips."Mila, what are you doing letting that wench intimidate you? I've seen you kick men and you didn't dare to fight with her? What's wrong with you?" she asked, tilting her head.I didn't wan

My expression changed to match my feelings as I flashed his favorite obedient smile, then sauntered up to his business partners. I hoped he saw me as his good girl."Hello, I'm Mila. Apologies that we haven't had a chance to meet." I extended my petite hand.As each of his colleagues shook politely, I could feel Mr. Williams scouting every movement like a hawk. Most of his partners were unable to deny their lustful attraction as they stared at my breasts and fit body. Mr. Williams was the jealous type so maybe this was bothering him.“Who are you here with?” one man with coiled two toned hair asked."I'm the daughter of the couple over there," I said, gesturing to my parents. My mother was smiling, her cheeks tinted red from the sun and the alcohol she was consuming, while my father leaned in and joked with her. The two tittered as he waved his hands, probably recalling some story of their past.Several of Mr. Williams' partners glanced back but the majority didn't care at all. T

Though only moments before I felt headstrong in my accomplishment as an intern, glumness took over as I glanced at Mr. Williams. Just what had he been telling Lily about me?I burned with curiosity and felt my stomach twitch nervously. Were the conversations they had in depth or just casual comments? From what Lily said, I'd been portrayed as someone who was incompetent which was contrary to what Mr. Williams told me. My sweaty palm rested against my cold glass, which was emptying faster with each nervous gulp.Carlos drew out one side of his mouth, furrowing his brow as he asked, "Doesn't it fall on the CEO to take control of situations that could be dangerous for employees? That seems like a negligence claim," Carlos said.I dropped my mouth open in surprise. Carlos was challenging Mr. Williams. My chest soared proudly with Carlos backing me up, especially in front of Lily."Not only that but that could be bad PR," he followed up with. The ocean breeze brought the scent of low t

"Oh," I said, "You didn't need to do that. You have nothing to prove to me." But inside I was kinda happy. And glad for him. At least his girlfriend wasn't that rabid bitch. He could do so much better. ☆☆☆☆☆☆ Mila pov:: I received a message which made my generic notification tone go off. Pulling down the message, I narrowed my eyes, having to read it multiple times. Anonymous: I've seen you and Mr. Williams. I know about what you're doing together. I won't go into details, but you know what I mean. Biting my lower lip, I was stunned. My heart began to race, and my neck had a sheen of sweat on it. It automatically gave the same feeling I'd had before like someone was watching me. My stomach felt like a fizzy storm had bubbled up from this threat. Could it be Lily again? Maybe I'd gone too far with using her son as leverage. At the time I thought I was being clever, but if this was her, maybe I shouldn't have taken it that far. Me: Who is this? Anonymous: Tell no one else.

"So what series is it you're going to binge?" I asked him, sipping from the iced tea, then shoving the pie plate away."It's an older one. Three seasons. Set in northern Britain. Very dark, but also hilarious.""Sounds... Good, I think?" I said, my elbows on the table throwing my palms up. He chuckled."I can see why you have apprehension. I've been secretive about my questionable shows with everyone else but for some reason, just now, all you had to do was ask and I confessed."I snorted, chuckling under my breath. Was he serious? He seemed like it. Just as I was about to ask him more a figure approached us. That scent of alcohol mixed with a little bit of BO and deodorant that I kinda liked. It was Everett."So, Robert, why are you here with Ada?" Everett asked outright, snapping his eyes to his supposed rival. I was so stunned I couldn't speak and that was a rarity. My stomach felt queasy. But then I felt excited. He was fidgeting and Charline wasn't hanging off him quite as

He was just going through the motions. My heart sank. I wished he could find something real. Those couple of nights in LA made me think he really wanted to change. Maybe someday."Give him some time, Ada. Maybe he'll surprise you."She shrugged, rolled her eyes and began to chug off her fountain raspberry ice tea, averting her eyes. Robert glanced back then went back to take the last bite of his sandwich. Leaning back he patted his belly."Wow, I am so stuffed right now. I need a wind down drink at home, maybe an episode of my favorite series then to pass out.""It's only the beginning of the week, Robert," I said whimpering, trying to commiserate. "We have to pretend we're not tired yet. It's office culture law."He frowned and said, "Sorry. You're right. I do know better." He pointed at me and we smiled. Then, I saw our waiter heading over to our table, with a dessert in one hand and a check in the other."We can split this," I said, "Or I can pay." I rifled through my purse.

His nose was slightly red from his exertion and the temperature as he waved the folder at me. Damn! It was one of the files from work.I must have dropped it when Ada texted me. Good thing he was behind to grab that up. I was so excited I didn't notice it slipped out from under my arm. How careless of me!Mr. Williams would be pissed if other people saw last quarters inside market reports."Thanks, Robert," I said, "My mind has been all over the place. You're a lifesaver.""Oh, it was pure chance I found it. You don't normally leave this way.""You're right, I don't," I paused, brushing my lips with my index finger then, "Were you behind me the whole time?”“Mm-hmm, I think so.”“Did you happen to notice if anyone else was following me?""I did see people, but I don’t know if they were following you. Why do you think it was you they wanted?”"I had the heeby jeebies, you know? Just a feeling. But every time I turned around, there was nobody there. But once I kept walking, it

But I had to be a good girl like he asked. I didn’t want him to have to say it twice. As such, I abruptly spun around and left out the office door, blowing a kiss just before I was gone. After I washed my face, for the rest of the day, I worked as usual in my cubicle, every once in a while, noting the soppy feeling of my panties against my crotch. Mostly the day was uneventful until one of the breaks. I happened to overhear some people chatting."Nat, I swear I'm losing it. During that meeting with Mr. Williams I kept hearing a bell. Was that real?" Chauncey asked. "If not, I've been working way too many hours and need to stop staring at my computer screen.""Not it wasn’t just you. I heard it too!" squeaked Natalie. "Maybe it wasn't a bell at all. I thought it sounded like a phone notification.”“That many times?” Chauncey asked. “No way, Nat. Mr. Williams doesn’t leave his phone on during meetings.”“Guess we’ll never know.”They chuckled under their breath eating some snacks

He plunged as far as he could go and I couldn't take it anymore. My legs splayed out involuntarily as I began to feel the orgasm. Sweat was dribbling and rolling on my lower back and stomach. Moaning, I had no control over my reactions and sounds. I wondered if I was going to squirt again. He pressed his engorged cockhead deep up my sopping gash and when he moved a tiny bit in and out, with the most miniscule movements, I cried out, whining and gasping, grasping his hand to my mouth. My pussy began twitching, then flexing, That happened a few more times and then the racking contractions hit. They were full with three tenses over and over.I could feel it intensify from my ass, as flickering electric shocks of pleasure.I held him inside me, using my kegel muscles, forcing him to stay until I’d completely gotten off. He had to struggle against me but then he withdrew. He was panting and stroking, his cock soaked up with my slit's natural lube. I could hear his shaft sloppily being j

My nipples could cut glass, they were so constricted, and I couldn't help but arch up into my eager fingers. Swirling faster now the stimulation caused both my ass and pussy to twinge. My bed was soaked, and I couldn't control myself.Praying my family didn't hear my moans I tossed my head back and forth dying so much to come. Oh, it was close. Waves rose in intensity and the feeling was going to be outrageous. Tilting up I threw my hips in the air to meet my eager fingers. I finger fucked myself finging that the stimulation so close to one another made a special electric spark to ever nerve. There it was, my pussy's first contraction as my ass squeezed down and the bell was going like crazy. Jingle, jingle, jingly. I spread my legs wide, stuffing two fingers in my pussy. Oh, God, Oh, God. There it was, peak then the intense cascade racking my pelvis and clit as my pussy finally gave way to one of the most unique orgasms I'd ever had. My body was a wash of sweat. I laid there pa

Just what he was up to, I couldn't be sure. Maybe he'd be able to provide a check so I could surprise my dad. That would be a hefty load though. I doubted that would be what it was. He was hoping for an answer so I turned to him nodding. "That's right," I said, "Do you have a new idea or something?" I asked, resting my pinkie on my lip. While he took note of my tease, he showed me his car keys, tossing them, then snatching them from the air. "I'll be right back." I heard his car beep once then again. He came back holding a silver box with a violet ribbon on it. Smiling widely, I took it into my hands. I forgot what it was supposed to be for.As I tugged at the ribbon, Mr. Williams quickly stopped me waving a hand at me. "Wait until later when the party's over."Feeling warm and slightly turned on, I was burning with curiosity but if he told me to wait, it was going to be worth it. Perhaps it had to do with my dad, but I couldn't see how. Maybe it was a box of money which was

"Would you like to see the good job Mila has been doing at Mr. Williams' company? It's not the kind of internship you'd expect."“Huh?” Mom asked, not that interested. But that wouldn’t last once Lily forced her to see. My heart sank. This was it. Oh God!It wasn't like I could physically stop her. Because what if I'm wrong? What if all she wants to do is reveal my inner anger with her and make me appear unhinged? It was a gamble with Lily.Turning to the table, I used it to steady myself. Then I grabbed a glass of lemonade, my hands shaking as ice and lemon slices poured out of the large painted carafe. Purposely, I spilled some but as I was wiping it up, I grabbed one of the ponies and unscrewed it, dumping the whole thing in my drink. My dry mouth welcomed the tart lemon with biting vodka. I hoped the alcohol would calm my anxiety too as Lily sidled closer to Mom with her phone. How much did she know? Oh, fuck!Ada skipped over, pretended to be looking at her phone too intently, a
