2022-07-02 08:43:48Singing an old country music song in the kitchen as Amunsa is making lunch for his wife Dansanisa. Cab drove by their game, it was Dansanisa and the kids returning from school. Dansanisa opened the door entrance to a strong scent of fried rice aroma blasting on her nose.
"mmm, where is this good aroma coming out from?" Dansanisa asked.
"What aroma mummy?" Kwensa asked entering the house together with Anuella and also persive the sweet aroma of fried rice coming out from the kitchen. Immediately, Amunsa came out wearing a cooking cap on his head.
"Talaa... Sweetheart I made us lunch" he said stretching his hands and held Dansanisa romantically.
"Wow! This is indeed surprising. Where is the food?" she asked glancing at the dinning table.
"Is in the kitchen... Why don't you guys take a sit and I would be right back in a second". Holding Dansanisa slowly to the dinning table and move backwardly to the kitchen whistling love piano song to Dansanisa.
Some minutes later, Amunsa came out from the kitchen with a big plate of fried rice.
"Walaa..., mmm jommy... This smell nice". He laugh and carefully placed the food on the table.
"mmm, this is awesome daddy, thanks, but I never knew you can cook oo" Anuella saie chuckling.
"Don't ever underestimate what I can do". Amunsa whispered to Anuella.
"I'm vanished, mom please dish out the food already" Kwensa requested removing spoon from the bowl. Dansanisa stood up and started dishing out the food.
"By the way, where is Rosela?
"Ah, there she is" Amunsa pointed through the parlour door entrance.
Noise from the door entrance, Rosela walked in.
"What were you still doing outside Rosela?" Her mother asked.
"Ah, I was saying hi to Mrs Gognant. I saw her going out with her dog" she scratch her head while saying it.
"Alright, join us on the table".
"Mom I should change my school uniform first". Rosela demanded.
"No no, non of us here is changed so sit down and eat" her mother ordered Rosela.
She took a deep breath and sat down "Okay mom".
Kwensa and Anuella looked at each other and bust out in laughter.
"Mummy daughter" Anuella said chuckling."Indeed. I don't understand mummy, must we always wait for her before we do anything or even take a decision?" Kwensa asked scoping rice in his mouth.
"Would you two stop already?Dansanisa got angry at Kwensa and Anuella.
"Why all this attitude towards Rosela?" Amunsa asked.
Kwensa moving his body from left to right on the chair "Dad she lied against you and I so much hate her for doing so".
"Look Kwensa, I should be the one getting angry here and not the other way round. I will still try my best on Rosela to win her love and trust in the end". Amunsa said guessing at Rosela.
Rosela looked at him with so much hatred in her heart."Kwensa, Anuella, you guys should stop this attitude towards Rosela. Just let it go okay, let's go back to the way we used to live before, happily please" Dansanisa pleaded on behalf of Rosela.
"I'v heard you mummy". Kwensa said.
"Anuella?" Dansanisa called her for own responses towards her plead for Rosela.
"I'v heard mummy" she reply.
Rosela lowered her face down, she couldn't even eat a spoon out from her plate of rice that was placed in front of her. She felt bad having her name as a topic on the dinning table on issues that was true.
They kept pushing fault at her on what happened between her and Amunsa.
"It's okay everyone, let's just enjoy this great lunch. I spent so much time and effort preparing it". He said eating.
They all sat in peace and ate but Rosela still couldn't eat a spoon from the rice. Anuella and Kwensa were still very angry at Rosela."mmm, least I forget Anuella, finish your food fast and help me get some food stuff from the market". She said clearing her throat, drinking juice from the glass.
"Must it be me mom, why not Rosela" she twist her face.
"Shout up Anuella, Rosela is your elder sister and you have to accord her some respect okay". Dansanisa yield at Anuella.
Rosela stood up from were she was seated for once since the incident of Amunsa and her took place and spoke to Anuella and Kwensa.
"Look here Anuella and Kwensa, me keeping quiet doesn't mean I don't know what to say or do. I'm just respecting you, do not push me to world.You and every other person in this household can hate me for all I care but I tell you, the truth will always manifest". She said moving away from the dinning straight to her room.
"Like I care" Anuella altered.
Dansanisa sigh "Seriously Anuella all this has to stop. Come on and finish up your food and help me purchase some foodstuffs from the market before night fall". She stood up, went inside to change up to something more comfortable to the working dress she was wearing.

Rosela barely kept her peace throughout the night concerning what had happened. Rosela knew that she couldn't do anything to Amunsa. She had always, since the first time of Amunsa molesting her thought that if she had the strength that could match with Amunsa, maybe he wouldn't have been making her the subject of his threat and a sex machine. Some minutes later, Rosela woke up to find Amunsa sitting by her side with his face lowered down and eyes closed. Taxi drove by the gate, It was 2:30pm and Dansanisa was back from school with Kwensa and Anuella.
