CHAPTER SIXTY EIGHT

The constant stay in the hospital made me love the profession I studied in college. Lucy hasn't heard from me since after the accident and moved on with her life.

"Who are these two in the picture?" she asked with so much enthusiasm.

"I was told this was how I looked till I had an accident which gave me a new look and also lost my memory"

Lucy was shocked. She knew that there was something about me but she couldn't place it in the right order.

Lucy finally explained everything and I gradually began to remember some things. More pictures and explanations made me recover fully.

I looked into Lucy's eyes and remembered the woman I once loved. We cried together.

"I will forever cherish this moment," I said.

I placed a kiss on her lips which she accepted without hesitation. It was so intense that we began to romance each other.

"It has been ages since I had this feeling"

"Why?"

"Since I couldn't give birth to another child, Lucas refused to touch me"
