Listening to this she cried more vigorously and lied on the cold floor cursing her fate and life. Soon she was engulfed in sleep.
In the morning she woke up with the sound of the opening of the door... she opened her eyes and saw the same monster standing at the door frame watching her with unrecognizable emotions. Suddenly she felt the cold breeze on her upper body which made her realize about her partial nakedness as she slept last night without covering her body back... A shiver ran through her body and immediately she ran to picked up the sheet from the bed and covered herself.
As she ran to cover herself the monster came back to his senses and start taking slow but intimidating steps towards her... watching him coming towards herself... She moved back until her back met with the wall. Her eyes open more with fear while contemplating his next action.
As he reached near her... he placed a red suitcase on the bed and told her to wear the lehenga that is inside it and to be ready in 30 mins, before the beauticians arrive as they were scheduled to get married in 2 hours.
Masking all her fears behind her fake courage she shouted...
R... I will never marry you...
S... ohhh… so soon darling... I never thought that you will forget about your mother's wellbeing so soon... anyways if you don't love her so who I am to stop my men from harming her... I was just doing it for the sake of my future wife...

After 3 Hours:
She was sitting before the holy fire with that monster at her side and a priest chanting mantras... She was sobbing continuously but that fall on the dead ears. The priest asked them to take seven vows of togetherness... while taking rounds around holy fire she was a sobbing mess...and was unable to move... seeing this monster shoot fire from his eyes and with a warning, gaze shook her hand and start taking rounds pulling her mercilessly with him... and then he filled her hair partition with vermilion and tied the sacred black beads necklace around her neck... and with a monstrous grin speak near her ears... Welcome to hell darling...
She saw his face had a smirk which rose her fear to some other level and heard the words which she was dreading the most..... Be ready for the wedding Night.... with a lustful wink.
Soon after two women who look like maids came and took her to her previous room. They served her with some food with pity in their eyes. One maid out of them who seems to be in her 50s held her hands with love and asked her not to cry anymore... soon everything will be all right.
Ratika saw her eyes and for the first time since she came here she found someone talking kind to her and so she hugged her strongly and cried her heart out. The maid patted her head like a mother and told her to be brave and eat her food... and start feeding her till the tray is empty and then advise her to lie down and take some rest before she exited the room.
Ratika stood up and went towards the mirror in her room and saw her reflection in that and was shocked and feeling so helpless seeing the married woman in the mirror. She was not able to grasp the fact that just a day before she was a free girl with a caring family and a loving fiancée and today she is a helpless woman bound in this forced loveless and lustful marriage... How her life took the 360-degree turn in a single day...
She was not able to grasp the reality of her life and suddenly the door of her room was kicked open and there ... standing the bitter reality of her life... the monster himself ... with the pride on his face... fingers clenched in the fist... anger glaring from his eyes ... but what shocked her the un identifying emotions displaying in his eyes ... which seems like the feeling of hurt... rather than that of lust ...
With slow and steady steps he walked towards her... STOP he shouted as Ratika tried to step back and pulled her with him by her's hand and start walking at full speed without giving a single thought about her discomfort in walking in lehenga... on reaching the garage he threw her in one of his cars and settled himself on the driver seat and start driving on the high speed.
She was afraid to the core seeing his madness by the way he was driving and with lots of effort asked him...
R... wh... where are we going??
