{Running approaching footsteps}

"Lucinda??" I called out, knocking at the door. "Can you hear me??" I muttered as I wiped my face clear, trying to maintain a bright face.

{Door creaks}

{Inhales softly} "Heyy!!" She mumbled as she looked at me. She was wearing a white flowery short gown that exposed her oily thighs.

"Hello." I muttered as I adjusted my coat. "How are you doing?? You don't pretty look that great." I snapped {Exhales sharply}.

It was obvious she was really not doing great at the moment. She looked pale and her lips were slightly white and ached.

"I wasn't expecting you here. Thought you had a lot going on??" She smiled effortlessly as she leaned on the door.

"You don't look great Lucinda." I mumbled as I held her right hand. "Won't you invite me in first??" I chuckled softly as i maintained eye contact with her.

"Uh-oh!!" She chuckled as she shifted a bit. "You can come in!!" She mumbled.
