NOT A MURDERER

Bethel couldn’t point out what the cloth was smelling like. She again opened the cloth broader to find out what is literally the source of the offense smell. And It was blood stains.

“Can you see this too?” She asked lily to gain her attention.

“Huh? Is something wrong?” Lily inquired as she approached. The shock expression on Bethel’s face evidently expresses the notion that something was amiss.

“No, no. nothing to trouble yourself with. You can return to with what you were doing. It’s my husband's cloth. I don't know how it got here. Maybe he changed here and forgot this one.” She claimed and got up, folding the cloth so Lily doesn’t see the blood stains too.

Two things worried her and that was, how the blood stains. It can’t be menstruation, and from whom? Margaret?

“Can you not let Margaret know I was here?” Lily nodded. Even still she doesn’t know the exact reason why Bethel suddenly wished to leave and doesn’t want Margaret to know of her visit.
